Le 1er arrêt est la plus célèbre ville de Stingray, qui est un must pour tous ceux qui visitent Grand Cayman et c'est l'interaction idéale pour tous les âges. Stingray City est un large banc de sable entouré de récifs barrières qui abrite une variété de poissons et, plus particulièrement, de raies. Le fait que les raies du sud qui peuplent la région sont extrêmement sympathiques fait de Stingray City l'activité la plus populaire de l'île. Ces créatures marines massives, symbole emblématique de la culture des îles Caïmans, sont tellement habituées aux interactions humaines qu'elles permettent aux gens de les nourrir, de jouer avec elles, de les caresser et de les photographier. Pendant mon séjour à Stingray City, je prendrai mon temps pour vous expliquer davantage sur les raies et pourquoi elles sont là. Comme le disent les légendes, "embrasser une raie" vous donnera le client, sept ans de bonne chance. C'est une aventure caribéenne pas comme les autres ! Le banc de sable est d'environ 3 pieds de profondeur à marée basse et d'environ 4,5 pieds de profondeur à marée haute. Ce segment est d'environ 1 à 1,5 - 2 heures
Snorkeling à Coral Gardens / Barrier Reef qui est un bel aquarium, endroit pittoresque pour faire de la plongée. Ici, vous pouvez sauter dans les eaux cristallines rafraîchissantes et découvrir un monde sous-marin dynamique en faisant de la plongée dans les superbes récifs coralliens. Émerveillez-vous devant les poissons colorés, les délicats éventails marins et la vie marine complexe qui font de cet écosystème leur maison. La sérénité des jardins de corail vous laissera vous sentir rafraîchi et rajeuni. L'eau est d'environ 8-10 pieds où vous trouverez plus de variété de corail et une étendue de récif beaucoup plus longue. La barrière de corail est ce qui protège notre île des ondes de tempête

Captain Dave was a hoot. Gave us lots of history of the area, and his family stories were interesting. He was very professional and attentive. He even dove for Conch and fed us marinated Conch fruit and cheese. We had a wonderful time.
Trustworthy team who looks out for your best interests. There was a small craft advisory the day of our tour, and instead of simply going out and getting paid, they advised us of the situation and recommended we don’t go out. While we were extremely disappointed, they earned our respect and praise. The next time we visit, they will be the first ones we call!!!

Our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) had a amazing day in the water with David. We've been on organized tours before but this was so much better. David treated us all like friends and the kids really special. He was having just as much fun as we were. He gave us lots of history about the island, helped us interact with stingrays, took us to a great snorkel spot, prepared fresh local food and drink. The water was rough that day and we saw other groups coming and going and we weathered it and he kept us safe. If you're a group, skip the organized tours where you're just a number and get the personal touch with David.
Our group had a Blast on Captain David's Boat Tour of the Cayman Islands! He surpassed our expectations and was a wonderful host & guide around Stingray City and snorkeling at the coral reef! The highlight was when he dove in the ocean for fresh conch that he turned into the most delicious salad! Plus the photos he took of us with the Stingrays were truly memorable! Truly the highlight of our trip!

This was our second visit to swim with Stingrays and our experience with Captain David was unforgettable! Our first was on a cruise excursion that was crowded and rushed. Not with Captain David, he takes his time and showed us his love and knowledge of the island and ocean. After visiting the stingrays he included my son in divng for conch, a turtle swam right up to them and we will all remember that moment forever. Snorkeling again was not rushed and really enjoyed taking our time. It was my daughters first ocean Snorkeling and she was extremely nervous but Captain David was patient and encouraged her, soon she was swimming on her own. The snacks and home made drinks were very tasty as well! We highly recommend this tour, all 10 of us said this was the highlight of our trip.
