Our tour with Sky’s Hoi An Tours was perfect. From booking to drop off at end of day. The entire team was communicative. Our driver was prompt, a very good driver and courteous with cold water on hand. Our guide, Emily was an excellent guide, adjusting the day to suit our needs, offering to take our picture at key spots.. She was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of historical information about the Ba Na Hills and development. I highly recommend Sky’s Hoi An for all your tour needs.
We had a great day with Sky - he was a very entertaining and accommodating guide. English was awesome - no communication barriers. Loved the cold water and cold, fresh hand towels on our way home. Great sense of humour and popular with people of all ages. Really recommend the Wow silver pass to avoid long queues for cable cars. Very knowledgeable as a local for the history of the area.
I can say it was a good decision to get Sky’s hoi an travel service. Sky responded quickly on my inquiries and discussed the details of the trip. The tour guide Ben arrived early. He speaks good english. He can answer all the questions we had. The trip was excellent. The service vehicle is very comfortable and very clean. My family had fun. From the moment u make the booking, they are very responsive and very accommodating on your every needs..very sharp on their time from picking u up from hotel.. We had an emergency and had to cancel the tour due to the coronavirus..even though I said I will cancel with full payment, he insisted that we can make it for the morning tour and be at the airport by the afternoon, and he offered to drop us at the airport.. He could have done nothing and just take our money,but instead he wants us to go on the tour and enjoy our time within a designated time frame..and we glad we did go on the tour..the lady tour guide is very knowledgeable,friendly and fluent in English..not to mention her photo taking skill is excellent..I thoroughly enjoy my half day tour with them..thanks for making this happened.. I will have another visit to Danang and definitely will go back to them for a full tour.. Thanks Sky and Mary..
