Guidé par un Expert local, vous marcherez et apprendrez des faits fascinants, le folklore, la culture, les fondateurs célèbres et les résidents actuels, la scène gastronomique et l'actualité. Sarasota est une ville unique, avec un centre-ville dynamique composé de petits restaurants, boutiques et galeries d'art appartenant à la région. Nos restaurants sont très occupés pendant la "saison" donc ont tellement de chance qu'une poignée choisissent de s'associer avec nous! Cette visite comprend la nourriture, mais ne doit pas être considéré comme une visite "foodie"-il est des bouchées rapides des endroits préférés, parmi les habitants. L'accent de cette visite est mis sur l'histoire unique, la culture et le mode de vie de Sarasota! Des bouchées légères sont expérimentées le long du parcours pour des introductions rapides à certains des endroits populaires. Il s'agit d'une activité de groupe qui nécessite un minimum de 4 invités pour fonctionner! Pour les groupes de visite personnelle 10 + et toutes les visites d'entreprise, s'il vous plaît se renseigner-ceux qui nécessitent une planification avancée et des informations plus détaillées.

Notre visite à pied de 3,5 heures du centre-ville de Sarasota est une combinaison de nourriture, de plaisir et de folklore qui entrelace l'histoire, l'art et la culture locale, ainsi que quelques assiettes de dégustation variées, créant un voyage culinaire à retenir! Quelques trésors en cours de route : Miramar, 1er dépôt de train, speakeasys, Orange Blossom Hotel, 1er gratte-ciel, & arrêts surprise le long du parcours. Colleen was fabulous and incredibly knowledgeable about the Sarasota area. Honestly, we were full after the first stop! She took us to places we likely would have walked right by on our own, but once we stepped inside, each one was such a pleasant surprise. Christine was a fantastic tour guide and very knowledgeable. I went on the tour with my grandma, who had been living in Sarasota for over 30 years. This food tour was amazing! The food was such high quality. The guide was informative and fun. Her knowledge of the city and the businesses was top notch. Wonderful way to spend time downtown with couples and friends! Christine, our host, was full of interesting history of the area which included stops at multiple restaurants. She shared info about downtown and the restaurants. Frankly, I’m thinking it’s an opportunity for downtown restaurants to entice people to enjoy whether local or just visiting. We had a small group, only 4 of us. Our tour guide Christine was fun and gave us tons of info about Sarasota’s history as we walked around downtown. We had 3 food stops (Brick, Classico, and Comida) and they were excellent choices. Food was delicious and we were completely stuffed after the second stop, but still managed to enjoy the third. Christine pointed out several other interesting restaurants that we’d love to try sometime. We learned a lot of things we didn’t know and had fun. Would absolutely recommend this tour!
