We had 6 people and everyone of us said that loved this tour of Banff and its food/drink. Joanna really knows her community, the history, and the best little places to eat. We had a variety of food often paired with a drink! And a plus is her fun bubbling personality! I’ll be recommending it to others!
What a great experience. One we wouldn’t have had without booking this trip. Even though we have been in the area a couple of days we were taken to hidden gems we didn’t know about. We were treated to the history of the area as well as very good food. Joana was upbeat and very knowledgeable. Kept us entertained and was engaging.

We took the Taste of Banff Food Tour at the end of the shoulder season, and we lucked out with a private tour just for the two of us! Joanna is an amazing guide - a lot of fun, passionate, knowledgeable, and full of interesting stories and historical insights about Banff. The food was delicious! The duck wings and fish tacos were standouts, and since it was just us, Joanna treated us to a stop at the Maple Leaf for their sticky toffee pudding! Really great way to explore Banff and learn about the area. Thanks for a memorable experience, Jo! Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful tour. We were treated to many classic Canadian dishes from places that are off the beaten path. Loved the poutine, beaver tail, Timbits, duck wings, salmon among other treats. Jo is very knowledgeable about the area and we loved hearing a story about “The Boss.” Would definitely take this tour again.

Wonderful food tour of Banff. Jo was a great guide & had arranged a good variety of food & drink tastings in a variety of settings. Pace was easy & our group size was small so it felt very personalized. She also took great care with food allergies. Would highly recommend!

We had the best time exploring Banff with Joanna! Her stories about the local history and food scene really brought the town to life. The 'nibbles tour' concept is brilliant; it pushed us to try dishes we never would have picked ourselves. Such a fantastic way for travellers to discover the local flavour.

We had an amazing time on this food tour! From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully organized. Our guide was funny, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate—not just about the food, but about the local culture and history. Joanna has a gift for storytelling!! It was our first trip to Banff and Joanna gave us an awesome tour with loads of stories about the local history and food, and some pretty awesome drinks too.
