Host ensured that my short stay was hassle-free. Room equipped with air-conditioning unit and a cosy king-size bed. The accommodation is ideally located just a few minutes' walk from the beach, offering numerous excursion possibilities to the scenic spots of the island of Tobago, like Nylon Pool and No Man's Land. Tour to Nylon Pool was indeed a wonderful experience. The journey is really worth it.

We only had a day in a half in Tobago but really wanted to do this tour. So we booked it even though the water was not clear and very choppy this day. We thought we would be disappointed with the tour due to the weather conditions but Captain Bruce turned it into one of the best tours we’ve ever had. Due to the water conditions we ended up having a private tour. He took us to see so many turtles first. Such an amazing time seeing the hawksbill turtles. Then after i wanted to snorkel in the famous reef but unfortunately the water had almost no visibility. So we went to no man’s land beach and chilled at the beach. After he let me drive the boat and then took me on my first fishing adventure. I was able to catch a barracuda and release it back. We still went to nylon pool and had an amazing time there. Captain Bruce really made this tour amazing and went out of his way to ensure we had a great time. I highly recommend you book this tour with fish Tobago!

Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tobago. In true island fashion, the boat arrived a little late, lol, but everything else was spot on. The captain and crew were great and took time to explain everything to the passengers. They jetted across the ocean but slowed down to ensure we could take in the beauty of the coral reef and tropical fish. Then, we made our way to a sandbar, a point in the ocean where the water is only about waist high. We stopped there for about 30-40 minutes lyming, the word used in Trinidad and Tobago for just hanging out and having a good time with others. Several boats were congregated in this spot blaring music while we reveled in the sea. Once that was over, they took us to an island where they were vendors selling delicious Caribbean cuisine. I bought meals for the crew because they were so awesome. On our way back to the pickup point, we got to witness an amazing sunset. This was the perfect end to a wonderful and memorable excursion.

I missed the tour that was planned for myself and 6 family members. I lost out on over $400 USD. The address provided was incorrect and I reached out to the tour operator since the meet up point directions were not clear. I contacted the tour company at 9:24 am to get clarification on the meet up point directions. The tour was at 11:00 am. We were all dropped off just before 10:00 am but it was the wrong location and they did not respond to me until after 11:00 am. I missed the tour due to no fault of my own. I was not the only customer who showed up to the wrong location due to the address being incorrect. They have refused to refund me and so has Viator. NEVER USING VIATOR OR THIS TOUR COMPANY EVER AGAIN!

This tour was scheduled for 2 hours, and my family and I booked the 11 am slot. We were instructed by the tour company to arrive at 11 am, but upon arrival, we were informed that the boat wouldn’t even start coming over until 11:30. We finally departed just before noon and were told we’d return around 2 pm. Initially, everything was fantastic—we had the opportunity to snorkel at the coral reef, but my wife and I opted out since we had our 5- and 6-year-old children with us, who we knew couldn’t snorkel. They still enjoyed looking through the glass bottom, where they could see the few fish and crabs that passed by. Our second stop was the Nylon Pool, which was absolutely amazing. The water was warm, and there was a floating bar where we could purchase drinks. However, there was no communication about how long we would spend at each stop. The last stop, 'No Man’s Land,' is where things went downhill. The area was overcrowded with other tour companies doing the same thing. They offered freshly cooked food for a fee, so my wife and I waited in line. By the time it was our turn to order, what we wanted was unavailable, but the cooks assured us it wouldn’t take long and that they would talk to the Captain if it did. Unfortunately, the food took longer than expected, and the Captain became upset. Instead of coming to us directly, he just called his assistant, motioned to leave us behind, and prepared to depart without us. I had to intervene and tell him that he needed to wait and was not about to leave me and my family behind. Overall, the trip was enjoyable, but the Captain’s reaction at the end was unacceptable. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend this tour to anyone. There are other boat tour companies with nicer boats and lower prices that would likely offer a better experience. I highly recommend WaterHolics, with whom we booked a few other tours and had nothing short of an amazing experience.

The trip was moved to later in the day. Unfortunately at that time the weather was stormy. Due to the choppy conditions, snorkeling was out, but the rest of the tour went more or less as planned. Captain Brandon was nice and accommodating. Come with an appetite because the highlight is bbq lunch at No Man’s Land!

Brandon, the tour operator was very welcoming and accommodating to the passengers. Although the sea was rough for the tour, he tried his best to please us. It would have been nice if there were drinks on board the vessel.
