Valerie’s chocolate tour was such a fun and delicious way to experience Ghent! She was warm, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about both her city and its chocolate. Extra kudos to her and Charlie Tours for braving Belgium’s hottest day of the year on record with us… all for the sake of chocolate! Despite the extraordinary heat, Valerie kept the experience engaging, informative, and wonderfully sweet. A memorable afternoon in Ghent!
Wow! Thanks a lot for the awesome feedback :-)
Deter was very kind and provided a lot of information along with ghent culture and chocolate history. Recommend this tour to everyone!

This was a great way to get to know the city as Lemmie offered great stories of the history and development of Ghent, and the chocolate was delicious. Highly recommend.
Great feedback, thanks!
I went on this walking tour with my family. We enjoyed it so much. We explored and tasted a variety of chocolates. We learned the history of some of the places. What I loved the most was the tastings. The combination of flavors was awesome. Afterwards I went back to one to purchase some. Best of all our guide was awesome.
Thank you!
Great combination of Ghent history and chocolates/sweets. Tour guide was great, especially patient with my talkative 7 year old.
Thank you for the 5 stars!
We had an excellent experience. Nick took our family on our tour of Belgium, answering questions along the way and keeping things light and entertaining. We got to taste a variety of chocolates and candies throughout, from the very traditional and chain-store variety to locally hand made and eclectic. I’d 100% recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience both the city and its treats. It won’t disappoint.
Thank you for the great feedback of our Chocolate Tour. Nice to read 🤩
Nick is very knowledgeable and passionate about his home town of Ghent. We visited many chocolate shops and learnt about the history of chocolate making in Belgium and in particular, Ghent. We really enjoyed the tour and would recommend to anyone.
Thanks a lot for the great review of our Chocolate Tour. Much appreciated!
Really enjoyed our tour. Guide was very personable, sharing lots of history of Ghent, background behind why Belgium is so famous for chocolate and stories behind each shop. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience and recommend for a fun way to experience such a great city.
Thanks 🤩🍫👍
We truly enjoyed our chocolate tour despite the 96° weather. It was hot but our guide (last name van damme) found shade for us as best he could. He was very knowledgeable with the local history and chocolate making (he’s a local Ghent resident). The chocolate was amazing! We liked the small group format. Highly recommend this tour!!
Thank you for the great review!
