Gemmes Cachées Privées et Exclusives et Tous les Points Forts

Description

We had the absolute pleasure of exploring Saigon with Hiéu, who guided us on both a city tour and an incredible ‘off the beaten track’ food tour. From the moment we met him, he was warm, engaging, and genuinely passionate about sharing his city with us. Hiéu is very knowledgeable and intelligent, offering fascinating insights into Saigon’s history, culture, and daily life. What really made the experience special, though, was how natural and authentic everything felt. He has a wonderful sense of humour and a very easygoing way of connecting with people, which made the whole day feel relaxed and personal rather than like a typical tour. The food tour in particular was a highlight — we tasted amazing and some challenging local dishes (like big snails!🤣) we would never have discovered on our own, and Hiéu explained the stories and traditions behind them in such an engaging way. If you're visiting Saigon and want an experience that feels genuine, insightful, and fun, I cannot recommend Hiéu highly enough. He truly made our time in the city unforgettable.
We had an amazing time with Hieu he has a very good knowledge of the area and history of the places we went to All done effectively and friendly Definitely a must do
Great private and custom tour. Started with pickup at my hotel and customized it to my preferences. Walked most of the way but occasionally took Grab taxis to further distances. Highly recommended!
For my vacation to Ho Chi Minh City, I was looking for a tour which would cover not only the city's history but how its citizens live in present times. Hieu did not disappoint. Hieu gave an excellent tour, not only of historic district 1 but the neighboring districts as well. Hieu's tour was one of the highlights of my trip and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for an English speaking tour guide.
Ahh this made my day, thanks so much for the kind words! I’m really glad you enjoyed seeing both the old and the everyday side of Saigon :) You were super easy to talk with and up for everything, which made the tour flow so naturally. So happy it ended up being one of your trip highlights 🙌
Spending six hourss with Hieu didn’t feel like a tour at all… it felt like my friend in Saigon was showing me around his city. He tailored everything to what I liked: more food here, extra time in a temple there, stopping for photos when I wanted. The fruit tasting was such a highlight I tried things I’d never even seen before, with Hieu explaining each one and joking about how to eat them without making a mess. He’s naturally funny and so easygoing that the day felt casual and relaxed 😊I learned so much, but in a way that never felt heavy. Just pure fun and connection.
This one touched me 🫶 That’s exactly what I want each walk to feel like :) not a “tour,” but friends exploring, eating, laughing together. You made it so easy and natural. I’m really glad those little stops and stories stayed with you .. hope Saigon brings you back again someday 🌼
Six hours with Hieu felt like flipping through a living book of Saigon. We wandered communist apartment blocks, flower markets, hidden alleys, and tiny food stalls, and somehow every place had a story only he could tell. I laughed, I ate, I learned, and I left with more than just memories, I left with a deeper sense of this city’s soul.
I’m so glad the stories and spots gave you that feeling of the city’s soul. Six hours can pass so fast when there’s laughter, food, and connection. Thanks for sharing this with me ☺️
I booked because I wanted something private, and Heiu delivered more than I expected. He tailored everything, kept the vibe casual, and showed me little alleys and stories I’d never get from a group tour. By the time we wrapped up, I realized we’d been going for 6 hours and I still didn’t wanna stop.
Love this! I’m so glad the private tour worked out for you , that’s exactly what I want these tours to feel like. Can’t believe we spent 6 hours and it still flew by! thanks for trusting me with your day!
Booking this tour with Hieu was the smartest thing I did in Vietnam. Six hours of temples, history, hidden gems, and food that ruined me for anything else. He’s a natural storyteller, blending Buddhist philosophy with Saigon’s gritty charm, and making you feel like you’re seeing the city for the first time, even if you’ve been here before. By the end, I wasn’t just a visitor; I felt like I belonged here, if only for a day.
Reading this made me smile. Every group brings a different energy, and with you it just felt super natural to go deeper, laugh harder, and take our time. Saigon has so many layers, but it’s the people I walk with that make each tour unique. Appreciate you letting me share my city in my own messy, winding way :)
I’ve done plenty of tours around the world, but nothing like this. Six hours with Hieu felt like catching up with an old friend who just happens to be a walking encyclopedia of Saigon. We started with Buddhist temples, not the quick “take a photo and move on” kind, but deep, thoughtful conversations about what the symbols meant, the chants, the small details you’d normally miss. Then we dived into backstreet food spots where every bite came with a story. He connected Vietnam’s history, colonial past, and modern chaos into this beautiful, living picture. There was so much laughter in betwee… Hieu’s humor is as sharp as his knowledge. I left full (mentally and physically), with a heart ten timess bigger.
Wow, reading this just made my day! It was such a pleasure showing you around and diving into all the little corners of Saigon together. I’m glad the temples, stories, and food hit the mark.. and that we got some laughs in too! You made the tour feel like hanging out with an old friend, and that’s exactly the vibe I love.
