Accompagné d'un guide, découvrez les différentes façons de savourer un apéritif des Pouilles, le tout accompagné de produits de grande qualité. À proximité, nous nous arrêterons à nouveau pour visiter la boutique caractéristique, où vous aurez l'occasion de déguster la "burrata" typique. Nous découvrirons ensemble la merveilleuse terrasse du Belvédère et les quartiers d'Aia Piccola et de Rione Monti, où nous pourrons admirer l'architecture typique des maisons locales. Nous ne pouvons pas dire au revoir sans partager une délicieuse crème glacée maison faite avec patience et dévouement.

Great tour, lasts about an hour and then you are delivered to a local cafe with delicious food and wine. It says that it's a "snack" but it's definitely a meal.
Lorenzo was very informative. The taste of Puglia afterwards was over the top delicious! Glad we took this tour.

We toured Alberobello with Lorenzo. It was just me and my husband. I am disabled and Lorenzo went above and beyond to accommodate our walk. We walked slow. He went to get the burrata and brought it to us. We had an amazing gelato. His explanations and information were very, very educated and complete. His English wad great. We had a completely wonderful time and thanks to his patience and kindness, we completed the entire tour. Thank you Lorenzo for a most interesting, accademic and fun experience!😘
