We had a fantastic tour with “Ted”. Very knowledgeable and nice. We got to see everything we wanted to see with few crowds in the afternoon.

Our family took the "Walk Like Khaleesi" tour in Split, and it was one of the best experiences of our cruise! Our guide, Ted, was fantastic: enthusiastic, and clearly a true fan. He brought the show to life with behind-the-scenes stories and pointed out the exact spots where famous scenes were filmed. Katrina was also amazing. Her warmth and energy made the whole experience even more special. Walking through Diocletian's Palace and its ancient cellars, where Daenerys kept her dragons, was incredible. We learned just as much about Split's real history as about the series. Having the tickets included made everything easy, with no lines and no hassle. Ted kept usengaged the whole time, especially when we got to stand right where the characters did. The group size felt comfortable, and there was plenty of time for photos. Whether you're a die-hard fan or just love history, this tour is a winner. Thank you, Ted and Katrina! Highly recommend!

Ted our guide, a history teacher was the perfect guide for this tour. Loved the visuals, iPad, scenes that were filmed where he took us. It was the perfect amount of time. If you’re a GOT fan, do this tour.

I was thoroughly impressed by the knowledge and accommodating nature of our tour guide. While most of the cruise ship booked for the morning tour, I was the sole participant in the afternoon session. Instead of canceling my tour, which has been a recurring issue for me, the tour operator graciously offered a solo tour. I was delighted with the quality of the tour and the exceptional communication and memorable experience provided by Ted and his wife.

Ted was amazing!!! The tour was equal parts history and Game of Thrones which made it more than I ever expected!!! The sights were unbelievable and the pace was just right!!! Ted was very accommodating and kind!!

Just finished this tour with my family. Ted was amazing. Truly knew everything about the history of split and GOT. This is a great tour for true GOT fans.

Booked a group tour, but we were only guests. Extremely lucky to have full attention of guide and to travel at our pace. Ted was extremely knowledgeable about history and a huge Game of Thrones fan. Certainly worth a couple hours of our time in Split.

Ted met us at the ferry pier in Split and gave us an unforgettable tour. He walked us through and around Diocletian's Palace, perfectly balancing the deep history of the site with his passion for Game of Thrones. As a huge fan of the show myself, I absolutely loved how he used his tablet to show us exact scenes while we were standing in the very spots where they were filmed. Ted was incredibly informative, highly patient, and even recommended a fantastic spot for lunch afterward. I highly recommend booking a tour with him.

best of both worlds. I have only watched a few minutes in total of GoT (the partner is the big fan) and have wanted to go to Croatia for so long..and a huge history buff so when I read read the other reviews that Ted is a history teacher I felt absolutely thrilled to find the tour program! We were on a cruise and only had a few hours to see Split before going aboard again. We squeezed in a boat beach excursion and after we walked up to the meeting point to meet Ted. They were extremely flexible and I loved that they reached out and were able to confirm where we would meet them ect. They even made sure we would make it in time for the board call time though sadly we had to leave the tour a little early. Ted has a great speaking presence- just like some of my teachers in the past. You can see tourists just lean our direction to try to hear the story being told. To add, he is also quite naturally funny without pushing any script or agenda. He and the tour’s behind the scenes partner are refreshingly attentive and informative. At one point towards the beginning, he said that he needed to confirm with his partner that we found the tour group because she was worried on whether we made it. How sweet is that? We were on a tour the day before where it was so hard to reach our operator the day-of to confirm whether we could change one small thing from the end meeting point and it was about 40 minutes to try to get ahold od someone. We couldn’t say enough great things !

Ted was right on time and gave us a personal tour of important Split landmarks as well as GOT filming locations - he even made sure we got great photos down in the catacombs. He was very friendly, spoke great English, knew everything about Croatian history (and GOT), and even spent extra time with us at the end. He was amazing!!! Would highly recommend him as a tour guide (and history teacher) and we give him an 11/10 score!!!
