Galakhudat - Randonnée à Khinalig avec déjeuner fait maison

Cette visite vous permettra de vous familiariser avec la culture locale et de découvrir des vues fascinantes sur le Caucase. Vous découvrirez la vie authentique des locaux et participerez à une magnifique randonnée lors d'une visite guidée d'une journée. À la fin de la visite, un déjeuner préparé dans une maison locale avec des produits biologiques vous sera servi.

Itinéraire
Itinéraire de la visite Route vers Quba. La randonnée Galakhudat & Khinalig commence généralement à 7h30 avec la prise en charge des invités à leur emplacement à Bakou. Le premier arrêt est le quartier de Quba, surtout connu pour sa production de pommes incroyablement délicieuses et ses tapis raffinés. Il faut environ 3 heures pour y arriver. Là, nous remplacerons nos voitures par des Niva Lada et des UAZ, qui sont plus pratiques pour se rendre au village de montagne.
Route vers le village de Galakhudat. Il faut environ une heure du district de Quba au village de Galakhudat. Vous verrez de belles vues sur le village tout au long de ce chemin. Il existe de nombreux endroits où vous aimeriez vous arrêter et prendre des photos.
Randonnée jusqu'au village de Khinalig. Ce petit village est situé à 8 km du village de Galakhudat. Le village de Khinalig est l'une des colonies les plus anciennes et les plus hautes de tout l'Azerbaïdjan et du Caucase, vieille d'environ 5000 ans. Il est situé dans les montagnes du district de Quba, à 2 287 mètres d'altitude. À Khinalig, vous aurez le temps de marcher et de vous familiariser avec le village. Ses habitants, au nombre d'environ 2 000, conservent encore des traditions culturelles uniques et parlent leur propre langue. Heure du déjeuner. Dès que nous atteignons le village de Khinalig, une famille locale nous accueillera. Nous prendrons donc un déjeuner préparé avec une recette traditionnelle des montagnes du Caucase. Tous les produits utilisés dans la préparation des plats sont cultivés localement et biologiquement. La fin de la tournée. À la fin de la visite (vers 20h00), le chauffeur vous déposera à votre emplacement dans le centre-ville de Bakou. The hike was great! Even with the fog and snow, the mountain is still great! Sabina was a friendly and hospitable host, and the village people welcomed me warmly. The peak was hidden by clouds, which made me want to do this one day in summer.
Fantastic experience. I found this tour through their instagram page and contacted bag baku. They responded immediately and next thing i know is that i am in the most beautiful part of the Caucasian mountains. Firstly about the place and hiking - The place is something magical. the foggy weather made the hiking feel like i am having some magical experience. The hiking was fairly easy and it was worth spending a day out of the city life Secondly about Bagbaku - Their hospitality and attention to details made me feel so comfortable. The guide was so polite and so respectful. they were making sure that we have enough water, food with us before starting the hiking. They even took us to one of the houses in Xinaliq village and we had a very nice time interacting with the locals and had the tea and jam which they made. The guide was updating us about the weather forecast before the trip.
Xinaliq hiking tour was really amazing. I will highly recommend for those who love the nature and wants to spend some time in this beautiful mountains. Bag baku was amazing in making sure every single thing was well managed. They put our safety and comfort as their first priority. The guide was so friendly.

... and a great day with our guide Nurlan. Everything went very smooth. Nurlan was responsive on WhatsApp the moment I contacted him, and helped me to put a plan together for the day. Pick-up from the hotel was punctual, and we had an approx 3 hours drive into the mountains where we changed into a Lada and then continued to a mountain village. From there, we hiked to another village. The hike itself is about 10 km and not very strenuous as you stay at the the same altitude level (2200m). Views were breathtaking. At the end of the trip we had a lunch in a local farmhouse and then walked back to the car, and drove back into Baku. Nurlan was knowledgeable about the environment and shared many interesting insights. All in all, a perfect day, and highly recommended!
