Figuier rideau – Une magnifique figue ancienne étrangleuse avec des racines aériennes géantes qui tombent en cascade sur le sol de la forêt comme un rideau naturel.
Le lac Eacham est un lac de cratère volcanique de plus de 60 mètres de profondeur et a été créé par la pression souterraine qui a fini par entrer en éruption et a laissé un grand cratère. Cet endroit magnifique est notre dernier arrêt en tournée et la plus belle façon de conclure une journée de baignade.

I arrived at the pickup location listed on my reservation approximately 20 minutes before the scheduled tour start time and waited for about an hour for the pickup. During this time, I attempted to contact the company for assistance. Unfortunately, the company does not use WhatsApp and I do not have an Aussie phone number, so I had to communicate through Viator instead. I then discovered that a message had been sent through Viator the day before informing me of a change to the pickup location and time. At the time, I did not have the Viator app, and the notification sent through Viator was also delivered to my spam folder, so I did not see the change before the tour. Unfortunately, as a result of this last-minute change and the lack of effective communication, I missed the tour. What is particularly concerning is that the pickup location and time were changed less than 24 hours before the tour was scheduled to begin. Even after the change, my reservation on Viator continued to display the original pickup location and time, which understandably added to the confusion. When I contacted the company to request a refund, I was told that I was not eligible because the booking fell within the 48-hour cancellation policy. The circumstances of the missed tour resulted from a significant change to the pickup arrangements made less than 24 hours before the tour, while my reservation continued to show the original details. Please be very careful when booking with this company, and make sure to download the Viator app and regularly check for any last-minute changes to your booking.

We had so much fun!!! Our guide, Spinni, was the best! He kept us laughing and having an amazing time all day. And lunch was good!
Our tour guide, Mick, was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We loved all of the stops and sights. Two things on the tour differed from what was advertised on Viator. As mentioned by others, there is no hotel pickup offered. You will need to phone the company (they did not respond to my messages) and find out the correct details for pickup and drop off. Also, the Viator listing states that the lunch is a 2 course meal, but it's actually a burger and chips (which was fine, just not what was mentioned here).
Be ready to have a great time! Adventure mode all the way. Tom was a great guide and kept an upbeat atmosphere and had nice tea time and great tunes!
Really fun experience and we appreciated the guides being so motivated and open! They made this day so much fun. The locations we visited were really beautiful and it was great not having to drive ourselves. So it's worth it to book a tour. Also, Lunch was crazy good, which was a very pleasant surprise. Thanks to Cousin Paul and Kai, they were awesome tour guides.
The whole day was absolutely amazing! Michael’s energy and knowledge truly made the trip for all of us! Love the off color humor and fun activities on the bus in between stops!
Amazing day - packed with lots of swimming & activities. The bus is fun with Cousin Paul being a fantastic host. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to see another side of cairns!
Overall, it was a great day. Mike was excellent with great music taste. He made the bus a much more fun and enjoyable environment. All of the swim spots were great, too. We lucked out with weather, so even though the water was a bit cold, the sun helped to make it worth the swim. If you’re not a big swimmer, you don’t have to on this trip, each spot had different lookouts and or trails you could walk if you’re not the swimming type. We had a smaller group, which was nice, too, but the bus is a bit intimate, so just be aware of that. Overall a really great day and lunch was delicious, too. Definitely exceeded my expectations.
