À votre arrivée à l'aéroport, l'un de nos guides expérimentés vous accueillera et vous accompagnera jusqu'à votre hôtel dans une voiture partagée. Après les procédures d'enregistrement, embarquez pour une visite des églises taillées dans le roc de Lalibela, en commençant par le groupe nord-ouest composé de 5 églises. De midi à 14 heures, ces églises ferment pour la pause déjeuner. Pendant ce temps, nous vous emmènerons dans l'un des meilleurs restaurants de la ville où vous pourrez savourer un délicieux repas. Dans l'après-midi, après le déjeuner, continuez votre exploration avec une visite du groupe sud-est qui comprend 5 autres églises. Enfin, vous visiterez peut-être l'église la plus célèbre de Lalibela - Bet Giyorgis - qui a été construite en hommage à Saint Georges. Une fois toutes les églises visitées, profitez d'une invitation à la vie locale en assistant à notre célèbre cérémonie du café en ville. En soirée, assistez à de la musique live traditionnelle, à de la danse et à du Honey-Wine au Torpedo, un bar local populaire. Le lendemain matin, nous vous amènerons à l'aéroport pour votre départ.

I had the fortune to have Abiy Tesfakiros as a tour guide in Lalibela for two days. He is an official guide. He knows a lot of stuff about the churches, took me to have some homemade beer, helped me getting postcards and supported me while booking another tour for another tour in Ethiopia. Good guide, better man. I do strongly recommend him as a tour guide if you are visiting Lalibela.
Our tour in Lalibela with Ayalew was very good and well organized from start to finish. He arranged everything smoothly, including transportation, guides, and all entrance fees for the rock-hewn churches and the Asheten Monastery. Transfers by tuk-tuk and taxis were perfectly coordinated, including our drop-off at the airport. The itinerary was well paced, the explanations were informative, and we always felt well taken care of. Everything was transparent and hassle-free, which made the experience very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Ayalew as a reliable and professional guide in Lalibela.
