Accédez au site archéologique de Pompéi par l'entrée Porta Marina, l'une des portes les plus significatives de la ville antique.
Découvrez le portique ouvert qui donnait abri aux marchands et autres activités.
Visitez ce qui était autrefois la place principale de la ville antique.
Voir des tables et des bains en marbre pour les fontaines qui ornaient les entrées des maisons et certains moulages de victimes de l'éruption ainsi que celui d'un chien et d'un arbre.
Le Macellum était le principal marché de Pompéi, où les résidents achetaient de la viande, du poisson et des produits.
Promenade dans la rue principale de l'ancienne ville romaine.
Un thermopolium était un ancien snack-bar où les Pompéiens achetaient de la nourriture chaude et des boissons.
Visitez l'une des anciennes demeures de Pompéi.
Entrez dans le plus ancien complexe thermal de la ville.
L'Odéon était un élégant théâtre intérieur utilisé pour des événements musicaux et des récitals poétiques.
Le Grand Théâtre a accueilli les grandes représentations de Pompéi, y compris des drames et des spectacles musicaux.
Après votre visite guidée de 2h, profitez d'une courte pause avant de vous rendre au Vésuve pour la deuxième partie de l'excursion.
Voyagez confortablement au Vésuve et profitez d'une randonnée de 1,5h jusqu'au cratère. Profitez de vues envoûtantes sur la baie de Naples.
Profitez de votre retour à Sorrente.

Our driver Luigi was fantastic and informative, he took us to Vesuvius first due to the weather and then to Pompei in the afternoon. Pompei was amazing but very very hot. Our historical guide was lovely and very knowledgable. Obviously we all wanted to take photographs and see everything , however there was not enough time in two hours. At the end we did not have the opportunity to visit the souvenir shops which was disappointing and we did feel hurried. Next time we would stay in Pompei or go on the train from Sorrento which would have been cheaper and given us more time to explore.
Shame we did not get more time at Pompei.
Fab trip. Very well organised. Our guide Mario was knowledgable and funny and kept everyones energy up as we ascended and descended the mountain. We had a different guide for pompeii and she was fab too. The ear pieces made it easy to hear what she was saying even amongst all the visitors from other groups - a clever system I hadn’t seen before. The bus was also cool which was a joy in between the activities.
We had an amazing trip to Mount Vesuvius and Pompeii, and our guide, Hilaria, truly made the experience unforgettable. As an archaeologist, she was incredibly knowledgeable, bringing the history to life with fascinating insights, while also being funny, engaging, and passionate throughout the tour. The tour was the perfect length and struck a great balance between being informative and deeply moving. The pick-up and drop-off were straightforward, everything was very well organised, and the whole experience ran seamlessly from start to finish. Excellent value for money, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Hilaria, for making it such a memorable day!
We had an amazing trip to Mount Vesuvius and Pompeii with our guide, Mario. He was funny, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. Easy to find, comfortable ride to Vesuvius with friendly driver. Audio guide gave interesting context to the climb towards the crater. Spectacular views. A welcome 45 minute break for lunch before heading to Pompéi where we met our guide. A very big site with so much to discover and explore. Glad we went with a guide but also that we went in May and not the height of the summer - so busy already. Well worth it though. Well organised and stress free

The driver does not speak much English, but he did navigate the traffic very well and was very patient. The ruins of Pompei were much more than I expected and amazing. Our guide for the tour was very informative!
