La randonnée du mont Moïse et la visite du monastère Sainte-Catherine sont le moyen idéal pour découvrir la beauté majestueuse du Sinaï. Cette excursion passionnante d'une journée commence par une randonnée dans le désert biblique, où Moïse aurait atteint la montagne de Dieu. Là, vous serez récompensé par un magnifique lever de soleil surplombant les montagnes. Après votre randonnée, vous serez amené à visiter le magnifique et historique monastère Sainte-Catherine, qui est l'un des plus anciens monastères à exister en permanence. À l'intérieur, vous aurez l'occasion d'en apprendre davantage sur l'histoire de cet endroit spécial, qui abrite certains des premiers documents du christianisme, du judaïsme et de l'islam. À la fin de votre visite, vous repartirez avec une appréciation à la fois de la beauté naturelle et du riche patrimoine culturel que l'Égypte a à offrir. Cette excursion convient à tous les âges et à tous les niveaux de condition physique. Il y en a donc pour tous les goûts. Si vous ne voulez pas faire de randonnée, vous pouvez opter pour une balade à dos de chameau jusqu'en haut de la montagne.

Votre voyage commencera à env. 20h30 où notre minibus AC viendra vous chercher à votre hôtel à Sharm et commencera le voyage vers le parc national de St Catharine
Au monastère Sainte-Catherine, vous verrez le plus ancien monastère habité en permanence en Égypte, où vous verrez de superbes fresques, une mosquée, une église, le buisson ardent, des icônes, des manuscrits et d'autres trésors. Situé au-dessus du désert du Sinaï, ce monastère médiéval a été construit pendant l'Empire byzantin, il abrite des moines depuis sa fondation et est toujours une communauté chrétienne florissante aujourd'hui.
L'expérience de randonnée sur le mont Sinaï vous permettra d'explorer les plus hauts sommets du mont Sinaï et de contempler le magnifique désert oriental tout en admirant le meilleur lever de soleil. Pendant la randonnée, vous pouvez opter pour une balade à dos de chameau.
Après la visite du monastère, nous commencerons notre voyage de retour à Sharm El Sheikh, où notre minibus AC vous déposera à votre hôtel.

The tour is excellent. It’s well organised. The guides are very friendly and make sure everyone gets up Sinai at their own pace. The views were spectacular. Maka is an excellent tour operator.

I have been on two trips with FunN Sun and they were the most horrible trips in my life. The guide who accompanied us up the mountain abused my daughter and I complained to the police. It was the worst experience for us. On another trip to the sea, the dive leaders also tried to abuse my friend by isolating her alone on the boat because she was not feeling fit to dive. When I told the Fun n Sun manager about this, he told me that I should never have complained! That's the last straw. Egyptian law is very strict with this kind of misdeeds. I invite you to file a complaint and above all to boycott this agency.
Hey Naima, We are really sorry that you had an unpleasant experience on your trip. After investigation I have found that you had previously removed your review after being contacted by our operational manager and she explained how the issue was not our fault and issued a full refund. We are not really sure why you re-added the review however let me clarify the situation again. The guide that harassed your daughter is a bedouin guide that is appointed at random by the Egyptian authorities in St. Catharines and this is the regular procedure with all tourists that hike mount moses. With that being said we already took all legal procedures with you and issue a transfer for you to Nuwaiba and back free of charge.
