Votre excursion d'une journée à Meknès et Volubilis commence après le petit-déjeuner lorsque nous venons vous chercher à votre hôtel ou riad à Fès à 8 heures du matin. Lors de votre visite à l'intérieur du site archéologique votre chauffeur vous attendra jusqu'à la fin et vous accompagnera jusqu'à moulay idriss zerhoun deuxième lieu à visiter
Ce n'est pas un long voyage pour conduire d'abord à Saint Moulay Idriss, un joli endroit en équilibre précaire sur le bord du mont Zerhon avec des vues spectaculaires sur la belle campagne marocaine, y compris Volubilis. C'est un lieu de pèlerinage pour les musulmans, car on pense que ceux qui n'ont pas les moyens de faire le Hajj à La Mecque peuvent visiter Moulay Idriss cinq fois au cours de leur vie pour obtenir un statut égal. Le village lui-même est magnifique avec de nombreux souks charmants à visiter, bien que seuls les musulmans soient autorisés à entrer dans la tombe d'Idris I de la dynastie Idrisside. il a régné de seulement 788 à 791 après JC, mais sa dynastie est créditée de la conversion du Maroc à l'islam et il était l'arrière-arrière-arrière-petit-fils du prophète de l'islam Mahomet.
Après votre déjeuner à saint idriss (non inclus), vous vous dirigez vers la ville de meknas pour vous promener à l'intérieur de la ville et découvrir la médina de meknas et le palais le plus historique. vous emménagez en fin de soirée à fès vous vous reposerez et boirez du thé à la place lahdime à.

Hasan recommended this great tour. I had a great time and everything was comfortable. The pick up went smoothly and driver was nice. Our guide was great and learned so much. Overall would do again and recommend!
Great full-day tour to Volubilis, Moulay Idriss, and Meknes. No guide for Volubilis but we had a guide book that was perfectly sufficient, or else there are guides at the entrance. Visit is 1h so a bit quick but we managed to do everything. It was 41C but honestly with the breeze it was manageable, just use a hat and sunscreen! Moulay Idriss we went to a viewpoint and then drove through, it was great to see. At Meknes we were dropped off for lunch for 1h at a restaurant but we decided to eat elsewhere, feel free to do so. Then the tour guide Rachid for Meknes was amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable. The AC van was very appreciated. Thank you for the tour! Not included in the price of the tour: Volubilis entrance fee, tip for guide in Meknes, tip for driver.
Excellent day trip! Eve better than expected. We were picked up at our riad and brought to the bus. Vollubulis was just fabulous - much bigger than expected and really interesting. Meknes is a beautiful imperial city. Good driver and good guide in Meknes. Highly recommend.
It was a wonderful Volubilis tour and wonderful, worthy to be visited and admired. A spectacle, you feel the energy vibrating. The mosaics existing on the site are divine. The tour was very good, the trip there too, I loved the sugestone given by Hassan, where when we talked about the tour demonstrated a great knowledge of the place.
Good tour operator, timely communication, great driver Mustafa who was helpful and engaging. Above all a safe driver. The restaurant recommendation in Meknes was excellent. The only comment for the operator is that I wish we could spend some time in Moulay Idris rather than 3 hours in Meknes! We just passed by Moulay Idris!

Very nice and engaging experience. The tour visited places little frequented by mainstream tourism, making us discover an authentic and unknown aspect of a country that knows how to show a thousand different and always new faces.
It was incredible! The driver was very talkative and extremely knowledgeable about Morocco and was always able to keep the conversation going. Vollubulis was without a doubt my favourite part of the trip - it was marvellous how well-preserved those remains were!!! We stopped at a wonderful (though admittedly a bit pricey) restaurant for lunch and then proceeded with a guided tour through the Medina of Meknès, which was wonderful :)
I highly recommend this superb excursion. We loved Volubilis, the ruins and mosaics are really beautiful. We also enjoyed Meknes, even if we would have stayed there a little longer because like any medina, you have to find yourself😊 and we were able to talk with some local craftsmen who are not greedy with their art.
An excursion that you cannot miss if you pass through Fez. First we visit the unforgettable village of Mulay Idriss where the tomb of Muhammad's great-grandson is. Then we pass Vollubilis, a ruin of an ancient Roman village where we have enjoyed the story of its rise and fall. Finally, Meknez a nice city where you can enjoy its medina and its pleasant streets. If you like music, we loved the Dar Jamai Museum. Thank you very much to Hassan for everything.
