Nestor and David both went out of their way all day long to give my wife and me the best experience possible.
Wonderful tour, went as expected. The guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, in English.
They canceled the tour for me because Chichen was closed, which is not their fault, but they could have managed it better. To begin with, it does not state anywhere the time the tour starts; I wrote to them four days in advance asking, and they did not respond. They wrote to me at ten o'clock the night before the tour, which started at 9 in the morning, perfect for organizing myself. The next day, the van arrived twenty minutes late and told me that Chichen was closed and that if I wanted, I could only see the Mayan village and the cenotes for the same price. Obviously, I declined; they prefer to try to sell you an activity at an overpriced rate rather than being honest and notifying you beforehand, good values.
Very nice the rented family behaved wonderfully are very good boys all 10/10 experience the only bad thing is that at nights there are aluxes bite your toes
1 hour before pickup time we were canceled the tour. I had to WhatsApp him myself. I have been informed that the minimum number of participants has not been reached. They could have told me the day before (or the night before), I would have arranged differently.
The communication about departure is not great, you really have to call them to confirm pick up point and time. I got picked up from the church at 9:20 instead of 9am at the hotel. Went to a first cenote with the driver and could only stay there 30min (I guess because we left late) after that, I've joined a bigger group that had a different package and could get drinks that I wasn't allowed to. We stopped atmaya village, which is a tourist trap with over priced item blessed by a shaman. Then, went to another cenote and buffet for 1:30hrs. We finished at the temple at the heat pick of the day. The visit itself was great, it was way too hot to focus on the guide but it's worth the visit because of it's history and well preserved structure. I would chose another tour for chichen itza and the cenote if possible. I would avoid buffet in general in Mexico for the hygiene and avoiding being sick
Given the price of admission to Chichen Itza, this excursion is very profitable! The excursion is supposed to be in English but neither the driver nor the guide on site spoke English, so I spent the day working on my Spanish, which is no worse but if you don’t speak it at all, it’s not nice! The visit to Chichen Itza was nice but I would have preferred the guide to stay longer with us because the site is very large and we do not have much time to discover it without knowing it during our free time.
Geysi was so sweet and lovely, paired with the exceptional service it made our visit worth every penny! Thank you Geysi can’t wait to see you again
Amazing tour, 10/10 would recommend this. They also make pitstops at the mayan villages which was super interesting. Special shout out to Joiana serving the drinks!
Excellent service, attention and human quality. I recommend for a family walk or alone. It looks a safe and very nice place.
