Vous serez pris en charge à votre hôtel à Medan vers 07h00 pour commencer votre trajet le long de la route fascinante à travers la jungle jusqu'au village de montagne de Brastagi dans les hautes terres de Karo. Ce voyage prendra environ 2 heures en voiture. Le premier arrêt est berastagi Marché aux fruits .Brastagi a un sol volcanique fertile qui est idéal pour la culture de fruits comme le fruit de la passion, le mangistan, le Solanum Betaceum, les oranges et une variété de fleurs.
Une réplique de la pagode shwedagon située au Myanmar existe déjà en Indonésie sous la forme d'une réplique de la pagode du parc naturel de Lumbini. Ce parc Lumbini a été construit pour la première fois en 2007, jusqu'en 2010. Il atteint 46,8 mètres de haut, 68 mètres de long, éther et 68 mètres de large. Dans le parc Lumbini, il y a aussi la plus haute pagode d'Indonésie et aussi la deuxième plus haute d'Asie du Sud-Est. Pour une superficie d'environ 3 hectares qui se compose d'un jardin et il y a aussi cette pagode.
Vous pouvez également voir la vue sur le lac Toba depuis cet endroit, capturer vos moments sur cette vue sur la cascade. Le Sipiso-piso est une chute d'eau plongeante dans les hautes terres Batak de Sumatra, en Indonésie. Il est formé par une petite rivière souterraine du plateau de Karo qui tombe d'une grotte sur le flanc de la caldeira du lac Toba, à quelque 120 mètres jusqu'au niveau du lac.
Ensuite, nous nous dirigeons vers la maison traditionnelle à batak Karo Land. de Dokan où les gens vivent encore. Dans ces maisons traditionnelles, nommées Djambur, 8 familles occupent une maison. Le bétail, les porcs et les buffles d'eau vivent en dessous de la maison. Vous pouvez visiter une maison et voir leur mode de vie.

every time i come in planning to try something new i end up getting the mango ice cream. it's that good. fresh, bright, not too sweet. the stone mixing folds in whatever you add without making a mess of it
We shared a meal with friends on the occasion of a birthday.This place is cozy, cozy and exudes comfort. The menu is succinct a fish and a meat few dessert choices either which suggests fresh cuisine. Main course menu , dessert: 49 Euros . The waiter points out that if you only take one dish it will cost you 30 Euros. It is clear that the staff is asked to help the customer order the whole menu. Bar biscuit accompanied by shells and small vegetables in very good brunoise , pea can , the accompanying sauces were excellent as well as desserts , coffee served with delicious sweets . Nothing wrong perfect setting with views of the Garonne a feast for the eyes.
I especially enjoyed the Batak home tour. The tour guide and the driver were fun to talk with. Ma, Jua jua!

It was a group of 25 friends. We landed in Medan on a tuesday morning. We visited the oldest church , then checked into our hotel. In d evening we went to the oldest hindhu temple in Medan. The next day, we left the city to go to Lake Toba. The view of the lake as we scaled the hills was so breathtaking. Then we started to descend to come alongside the lake. It is the largest, natural fresh water lake in Sumatra. After lunch we took a boat to an island in the middle of the lake. There we were given an insight into the tribal lifestyle of its inhabitants. Another 45 minute back over the lake and a bus ride up to our hotel was indeed remarkable and unforgettable.

Views of danau toba and sipiso waterfall were amazing. And the hilly countryside driving journey with glimpses of the highlands living environment and culture, vegetation, farms, animals, people, abodes, a thousand private graveyards, a million church buildings, cool weather with light drizzle together with the explanations by Bambang (guide) and Ravee (driver) made the experience magical.

Eco is a good guide but not much into exercise. When I opted to walk down to the pool at the bottom of Sipiso Piso Waterfall, he stayed in the parking area. His explanations of the geography, history and eruptions creating Lake Toba were very interesting, and his knowledge of anthopology and history of the peoples on Sumatra is impressive. Great way to see outside of Medan in a day. Getting out of Medan was good and the scenery is wonderful. Guide and driver were excellent.
