Busy but great day! The boat ride, to the hike to the dragons and all the snorkeling was great! I would recommend

In general we had a really good day, amazing islands with great view points, turquoise sea, great snorkeling spots and saw two Komodo Dragons. But they didn’t move and just lay there, so that wasn’t that spectacular. Negative facts: To get to the Komodo Dragons we had to walk through Komodo Islands Village which is a total slum. Trash and really bad smell everywhere. And they market this place as a national park - very sad. The tour starts early and they said they will pick us up at 6 am, in fact they where 25 min late and let us wait in the lobby in the early morning. They picked us up in a 7 seater and we have been 8 people. We couldn’t buckle up and I had to sit in the middle of the two seats. Harbour at Labuan Bajo looks like a slum.

Absolutely incredible experience! The tour guides were absolutely fantastic and the destinations even more so! I cannot recommend them highly enough. They truly went above and beyond my expectations! Photos do not do justice!!

Great day out - all activities and pick up times as promised. Lunch was good and plenty of water and snacks available throughout the day. Helmet was a great guide as were all the rangers at Komodo National Park.

This tour was amazing! The hike and viewpoint were gorgeous! The pink beach was beautiful! We saw three Komodo Dragons and wished our time on the island looking for these magnificent animals was longer! Beautiful snorkeling spots!

A terrible experience. Started off badly by the driver turning up an hour earlier than expected. So no breakfast. This trip is heavily oversubscribed by dozens of Companies. Packed waiting room, and boats queueing to dock. At every stop there were too many boats, people and queues - even for the hike to the viewpoint! The whole thing was badly organised. Despite ordering a vegetarian meal there were not enough or it had been given to someone else. The guide had no clue of who had ordered what. The food itself was poor and very meagre portions. Other groups ate theirs on land at tables, but we were given ours on our laps while the boat was moving. Next it was time to snorkel, again, we had supplied our foot size for the flippers but they were just thrown in a heap on the deck and it was a free-for-all. None that actually fit my wife. By the time everyone had entered the water, some only had 10 minutes before being moved on again. To cap it all, our boat ran out of petrol and we were stranded 45 mins from land, with no anchor at the mercy of currents and weather. This was definitely not the standard we expect from Viator trips.

Sea zaydan was the tour operator. Everything went smoothly. The crew was great and helpful. They took great care of us and video the whole trip for us to download.

Thanks for a great trip. We loved the different sites and all the stops - it was a good way to get a lot into the day. We saw other groups had slightly bigger boats, this would have been nice. There was some confusion about our pick up - driver was at wrong hotel, then we had to wait a long time at the pier for another group so we felt we woke early for no reason. All the drivers, guides and staff were excellent. Kind, helpful and made it a pleasant experience. Thank you.

BEWARE SCAM!!!! *please read & see photos!!!* I strongly advise any person looking to book a Komodo island boat tour to NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It’s a complete SCAM! We paid a premium price for the Komodo island boat tour after looking through the advertising that showcased many large luxury yachts which had an indoor cabin, seats, bathrooms on board. The SCAM is….. there are no large luxury boats. We arrived into the marina and were put onto a tiny boat that literally didn’t even have any seats. Had no toilet. No aircon. Barely any shade so we were sitting in the sun all day. Was a complete different boat that was not shown on the advertising. *PLEASE SEE PHOTOS* We then message the tour host on WhatsApp saying this is not what we paid for, why are we on a tiny boat that’s nothing like what was advertised and they said “sorry it didn’t meet your expectations, it’s stated in our terms and conditions” and then stopped replying to us after requesting a refund. This is obviously how they SCAM customers. Please do not use this company whatsoever. I highly recommend using a group called ‘East Cruises’, they were the only company out of 50 boats on the water that were large luxury boats and actually as advertised. Also very disturbing, we literally had a child as our “tour guide” who looked under the age of 13/14. She just sat on her phone the entire time and napped.

Amazing day! Good relaxed vibes, nice boat. We even got to see three manta rays! Nice small tour only 5 on our boat. Well organised, not too busy and no one was trying to sell us anything more.
