Lieux et horaires de prise en charge
Si vous avez sélectionné un point de prise en charge, la prise en charge est proposée dans les stations balnéaires de Costa Calma, Esquinzo et Jandía. Nous vous enverrons un e-mail ou un Whatsapp la veille du voyage. Nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas proposer de transfert depuis tous les hôtels, nous avons un certain nombre de points de prise en charge sélectionnés qui se trouvent à moins de 5 minutes à pied de chaque hôtel, merci. Si vous n'avez pas besoin de transport, vous devrez être au port de Morro Jable 30 minutes avant le début de l'excursion en bateau. It was purely a drinking tour, which seemed to disguise the fact that we were more or less just going in circles. It started off with my voucher not loading; I thought it was not a big deal since I had the email with the confirmation. Wrongly thought, the "nice" gentleman who picked us up for the bus made a huge fuss, saying he couldn't take me like that, blah blah, then I had to call his boss, who told me the same thing again, and the mood was in the dumps. Then suddenly it worked, no one knows why, but whatever. On board, we were welcomed with champagne, and everyone, meaning the crew, suddenly had a very good mood and were nice again. It started, and no joke, we didn't get far from the harbor, as I said, we drove in circles, supposedly to see dolphins and such. The oriental dinner was more than disappointing, but alcohol flowed endlessly 🤣 for 89 euros, all-you-can-drink, really great. Fortunately, I have already experienced some really nice boat trips. Oh, and for the smokers, it wasn't allowed because they are afraid the ship will catch fire. But getting everyone drunk without life jackets and with low railings is fine.

First of all, presenting a valid voucher before boarding is a standard procedure for any excursion or transportation service. Just as you cannot board a plane, enter a theatre, or get on a bus without a valid ticket, the same applies to our boat tours. Our colleague was simply carrying out his responsibility by checking all passengers' vouchers before boarding. There was no "commotion" or unnecessary fuss; when a guest is unable to present their voucher, we are required to verify the booking and request proof of purchase before allowing boarding. Once these checks were successfully completed, you were welcomed on board. Regarding the crew, we are proud to have a professional team whose priority is to provide a friendly and enjoyable experience for all our guests. We are therefore pleased that you found them welcoming and in good spirits throughout the trip, as this reflects the level of service we always aim to provide. You also mention the unlimited drinks. The excursion you booked clearly includes an open bar, which is a feature many of our guests appreciate. We find it difficult to understand this criticism, as it was part of the experience you chose to book. With regard to smoking, the restriction is not due to concerns about the boat catching fire. Smoking regulations on board are governed by Spanish Law 28/2005, which prohibits smoking in the applicable areas. This is a legal requirement that we must follow. Finally, your comments about safety are inaccurate. Life jackets are available on board, clearly signposted, and their location is explained during the mandatory safety briefing before departure. Likewise, the vessel fully complies with all Spanish maritime safety regulations, including those relating to guardrails and passenger protection. While we understand that not every excursion is the right fit for every guest, we believe it is important that future readers have an accurate understanding of the procedures and safety standards that apply to all of our tours. We enjoyed this evening cruise on Tuesday, June 16, and we loved the experience. The welcome was warm and the atmosphere never faded: the glasses never stayed empty for long! It was also Alex's birthday, the host, who has absolutely overflowing and contagious energy. We ate very well and especially drank very well (the honey rum is excellent!). The boat hosted many couples, which created a wonderful atmosphere on board, exactly what we were looking for. A huge thank you to the entire team for this trip.

My wife and I could not be happier with our Aphrodite trip. The boat was gorgeous with plenty of room to relax and the food was excellent and served with plenty of Honey Rum! Our favourite part has to be the crew, every member made sure we felt welcomed and made sure that the energy did not go down. I must say that Alex (Alejandro) was the life of the party but Luiss, Marion, Franco and Judni gave it their all to ensure we went home happy and tipsy. All I can say is “OH MY GOD”!

A beautiful experience, the crew (Luis, Alex and Juani) did a great job! The ship, the sunset, dolphins, music, the food and drinks all top! Was a lot of fun, you can recommend 100%!
