Our expectations were more than met. Bernard spoke very good German, gave us interesting information, and took excellent care of our needs throughout the entire tour. A beautiful experience.

We had an amazing time on this day tour from Toronto to Niagara Falls. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. Our driver, Bernard, was fantastic. He was not only professional and safe, but also incredibly knowledgeable, providing us with thorough and fascinating explanations throughout the journey. The itinerary was great. The bus ride was comfortable, and we truly enjoyed both the "Journey Behind the Falls" experience and the Hornblower cruise. Being that close to the falls was an unforgettable experience. Overall, I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a stress-free and informative way to see Niagara Falls. Thank you for a wonderful day!
Amazing day at the falls-we did the tower, behind the falls, and cruise-all were worth it and the cruise was the best! Great service-highly recommended. A bit of walking for elderly, but there was uber service which helped
Our tour was fantastic. The guide Bernard was awesome. He was super organized and looked out for everyone on the tour.
They charge you the boat trip, they don't do it for winter season but they don't give you that money back either. Then why do they include him? The tour vehicle did not arrive on time, sent them messages and they did not answer, and when I could call, the person in charge did not know about my reservation (already paid and confirmed in advance)

The boat cruise does not operate during the winter season, and as noted in our tour description, it is replaced with other seasonal experiences. We always aim to provide equal or greater value when substitutions are necessary. Regarding the pickup delay and communication, we sincerely apologize. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we are currently reviewing what happened to ensure this does not occur again. A great way to see Niagara Falls! We were picked up by Bernard, who was a super driver and guide, providing lots of useful local and historical information as we travelled from Toronto to Niagara Falls. His instruction on where to be and when to be there was clear and without ambiguity. He checked multiple times that the guests on the tour understood the instructions and how to get the best out of their time on the tour. This included being mindful of pickpockets and the length of time it would take to do each part of the tour. We took a helicopter across the falls (optimal extra) which provided really breathtaking views and being able to see the expanse of the water ways. We then took a trip behind the falls before heading onto the Hornblower, for a ride across the basin. Top tip: wear waterproofs under your poncho because unless you sit inside the boat, you will get drenched. Keep your poncho on as you walk back to your meeting point as there is offer spray from the falls reaching the promenade. Bernard was on time to each pick up and drop off location, but unfortunately on our tour we had three awful French guests travelling with us who were disruptive, and rude, the entire time. They disregarded Bernard’s advice and request to be on time, tried to sneak into Journey Behind the Falls by claiming they didn’t understand the ticketing options (but they clearly did) and they delayed departure from the Flower Clock because they were smoking (and stank the bus out). Other than these awful guests, we had a great time on this tour. Tips: we went off season, so it was very, very quiet. I’d highly recommend this as I imagine in the peak season you’d be packed in like sardines and would have little time to really appreciate the views and experiences.

Fantastic trip. Driver guide was excellent & took us into the skylon tower, then came back to take us to Journey behind falls. We had nearly 4hours do do everything. (We left the boat till last so we could be dry for other experience,s. We got soaked from head to toe). Not many people there towards end October, so was able to get some good photos without other tourists in. Weather was cloudy, but didn't rain. View from Skylon tower was probably the best so worth doing if visibility is good.
Poor Tour guide. Hope you don't get the Fijian driver. Bus had rubbish left form previous tour when we boarded at 7.40am. Signs stuck all over the bus saying 15% trip expected. Drove erratically, accelerating then braking all the time, was not a smooth ride. Didn't give much info during the tour and didn't know the road was closed to whirlpool (even though he drove past it on 10 mins before), so then said I can take to to a smaller one instead. There is only 1 whirlpool there!!! He was supposed to be a licenced Niagara Falls tour guide!!! Finally dropped us off back in Toronto a 25 minute walk from where he picked us up. He insisted it was where he picked us up even when I said it looked different, he just said it around the corner I picked you up. Wish I hadn't tipped him a all.
Smooth travel and great guide by Bernard, knowledgeable and efficient. I really like that is not too tour guide heavy and you have plenty of time to explore the Niagara falls by yourself. Really recommend to do the boat experience!
