De Tbilissi : Vardzia, Château de Rabati et visite de Borjomi avec Guide

Description

It was a long but nice tour. It included quite picturesque sights and unique places. The guide was very informative, polite, and helpful throughout the tour. Highly recommended.
The guide George is very friendly and explains a lot. Vardzia is very special, but the other two places were disappointing and it is a very long trip.
This excursion involves a lot of travel 15 hours plus!! However is was a good experience. Our guide George gave a detailed and informative tour throughout. It's a long journey but there where plenty of toilet stops. The restaurant stop was also good.
Thank you so much for your review! We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the experience and that George provided an informative and enjoyable tour. Regarding the long travel time — sometimes traffic and road conditions can cause delays that are unfortunately beyond our control, but we always do our best to make the journey as comfortable as possible with regular stops and a good lunch break. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again on another tour!
I put 3 stars because the guide Tio was not professional, first he didn’t use the loudspeaker to speak in the car (which I requested), his voice is low and we couldn’t hear well. He is also not too informative about the location we visited. Then the driver was super rude to us, he shouted many times during the trip towards a guest who put her feet on the seat. He doesn’t need to shout, maybe he was very stressful. The place we visited was great.

Reviews like yours help other travelers know what to expect and plan their trips better, and we really appreciate it. We always aim to provide the best experience for our guests. ❤️
The tour operator was stingy enough to book a vehicle which could just legally fit everyone with two people having to share the 1.5 seats on the front row, which made the car very packed and the experience very uncomfortable. Also, this tour is more suitable for people who could understand Russian. The explanations made in Russian were much more detailed than those made in English.

Hi friend! ❤️🇬🇪 Greetings from Georgia! It’s wonderful to hear that everything was so easy and helpful for you throughout the planning, and that you had such an amazing time. Your sweet words truly mean a lot. We’re so happy you enjoyed yourself, and we hope to welcome you again for another beautiful adventure!
The wife and I took this tour, as it's the easiest way to reach the cave city. Pick-up was smooth, they arrived on time, but appeared to overbook as people were moved from the van to a car. The guide George was great, approachable and knowledgeable. It's a very long day. Although they advised a 7pm return, don't plan on getting back until after 10pm. The highlight is the caves. The Bojomi stop is a bit of a waste of time, as by 8pm you are ready to go home. The driver of our twenty seater bus was on his phone and texting while driving, which is common in Georgia, but with a bus load of people, we thought it was very ordinary. Pack your own lunch and snacks.
Very good company, travel agent Avtandil is a very friendly person, the availability of information is there, Dashbashi Canyon liked.
