De Naples : Circuit Capri & Anacapri avec télésiège au Mont Solaro

Description

The experience was wonderful. You must do the chair lift and the boat ride. I think the chair lift was so amazing and calming. The boat ride (extra charge) was a trip all the way around Capri, to see all the interesting sites. They even gave us some limoncello and meloncello on the boat. One improvement that I ask of Viator is that the time was not clear on my ticket. My ticket said 10:00am and really the 8,40 was actually the time. It should have said 8:40am was departure. If both times had been written the same way, I would not have misunderstood. We missed our ferry, the beginning of the tour and had to buy another ferry ticket and catch up with the tour. I am still grateful for the pleasant tour guide who helped us get caught up!
The highlight of the tour was definitely the boat ride. Capri was extremely busy. The whole experience (beside the boat ride) was very, very chaotic… not because of the tour operator but because of Capri itself being utterly overrun with tourists, even in the off-season. Our guide was friendly and engaging
Hello Rebecca thanks for the review but it is not our fault This year Capri was to busy Every day 7000 people they come and the island is no to big for all of us Hope next year will be better Thanks Anna
The island was Amazing especially upper part of the land. Not so expensive as Amalfi cost, not overcrowded. The views are magnificent.
We enjoyed this tour and it was a great way to see Capri. Our guide was knowledgeable and engaging. I was disappointed because the write-up for this tour said that the Blue Grotto was at our own expense, so we expected an option to see the Blue Grotto. It was open that day but we never got to see it or get anywhere near it. That was really the only disappointing part of the day. It was not a stop on the tour. If you want to see it you'll need to book it completely separately. We ran out of time to do that so we missed it.
Good boat trip and bus ride to AnaCapri and Capri. The island shops and restaurants are imostly closed in winter, but no crowds.
Other than the mix up we had a great time. We went to pier 23 per the instructions and per three different people Wes Howard our itinerary to we were told to board a boat for the Blue Grotto tour only to be greeted by the Great Anna afterwards who notified us that we were on the wrong tour. She then took us on a personal tour of Capri and Anacapri educating us on the rich history of the island. My family and I enjoyed the pre private aspect of leaning about Capri. Either way everything was great no fault on the the tour guide or anyone other than my self. Great time and great experience with my family although I do highly recommend the Blue Grotto tour! TB
