Si vous utilisez Uber ou une voiture de location pour vous rendre ici, vous devez payer des dépenses supplémentaires. Si vous vous rendez sur les sites de traîneaux à chiens, ce serait dangereux à cause de la neige et des conditions routières inconnues. Par conséquent, nous vous proposons de venir vous chercher. La durée de 2 heures et 30 minutes couvre toute l'expérience : transport, traîneau à chiens, chiens de compagnie, et notre service de photographie. Nous exploitons trois sentiers différents, et nous sélectionnons l'itinéraire spécifique pour la journée en fonction des conditions météorologiques et de la température. Dans certains cas – en particulier lorsque nous empruntons un sentier situé à proximité de la ville – la durée totale de l’expérience peut être d’environ 1 heure et 30 minutes.

Great dog sledding ride with nice pictures taken. It was a lovely ride with the mushers and were given time to pet and interact with the dogs as well as take pictures. The overall cost is a bit more than other dog sledding rides but they provide pickup and drop off along with free photographs and that justifies the extra cost. Everything was superb but I reduced the rating only because I felt the car pickup staff were a bit rushed or hasty.
If guests fail to appear on time, it causes delays and disrupts the schedule for the next group; therefore, it is absolutely essential that you strictly adhere to the designated pickup time. Although we sent multiple reminders—via email and text message—to ensure guests were fully aware of the schedule, and while nearly all other guests arrived on time, this particular guest failed to observe the pickup time. An experience that we will never forget!. Picked on time up right from our hotel in a spacious very clean SUV. Wonderful experience petting the dogs, getting to know their names, great knowledge given about dog sledding from the owners and great photos taken. We were blown away with how amazing the dogs were on trail and how much they love to run! You will not regret it one bit booking this experience with this great company. First rate tour. Great driver/photographer who explained whole process. The dogs were wonderful—what an adventure—with fantastic scenery. Mushers answered all questions and took additional pictures for us. One of the best travel experiences out of a huge number. Don’t miss it!

The dog sledding experience was fantastic. We were picked up from our hotel, had a chance to play with the dogs a bit, and then the dogs pulled our sled through the course. The guides stopped to take pictures and we were able to further meet and great the wonderful Alaskan Huskies after the sled run. I would highly recommend this excursion if you get to Fairbanks during the winter months.

The Alaska Journey Tours team was amazing in communicating the logistics and transportation. The dogs were so excited to be off to the races once their harness was on. We got plenty of time to love on them after our trip. It was clear that the dogs are loved and cared for as our musher beamed with pride talking about them. He even sharing stories about being there at their birth and the generations present in the team. If I had to pick a favorite, it would be the uber-friendly Cloud Dancer. Pictures were great and provided timely. I would book this tour again in a heart trip.

We had an amazing time on our first dog sledding experience! The dogs were incredibly cute, well-behaved, and clearly well taken care of. Our guides were professional and knowledgeable, and they took the time to share interesting insights about the dogs and the sport. Everything was very well organized—we were picked up from our hotel right on time, which made the experience seamless from start to finish. They also had a photographer capturing moments at the beginning, during a scenic stop on the trail, and at the end, which was a great touch. We even received some photos immediately after the tour, and the rest were shared via Dropbox on the same day—super convenient! Overall, a fantastic and smooth experience. Very professional team and highly recommended!
