Description

What a waste of money tour guide was rude and abrupt with passengers. The tour felt rushed with only a hour and half ish to go round market which is impossible with the amount of people there. The beach trip was disappointing as a very busy spot so no where to sit and again by the time you have had some lunch it’s time to go back to coach. Would not recommend and most of the passengers agreed too and said worst tour they had been on
A nice drive across the island - well organized. The market in Pollença is very diverse. Calvarienberg is the most beautiful with its 365 steps. The boat trip to Formentor beach about half an hour. The beach there is a dream 🤩 Unfortunately, the free time windows are a bit scarce, but of course this cannot be realized any other way for a tour group. All in all, I liked it a lot. Our tour guide Vivienne was very sympathetic, who always set her protégés in motion with a loud “vamos” 👍😄
Amazing day with explanations for everyone so it was great. The landscapes we could observe were beautiful
Booked two trips with Lemon tours first (Formentor with Market) was run by a poorly trained bored tour guide (Irene) who couldn’t wait for the day to be over and blamed the holiday goers for not listening and not that she wasn’t very clear in her instructions. The next day we were due to go on the Magic Catamaran. The morning of the tour we spoke to our Hotel reception who advised as there were up-to 30mph winds that we should try and change the day. Lemon tours called our hotel back 50minutes before the trip started to say we can’t cancel or change the date and we should have done it the day before when we were on our first poorly run tour. So we couldn’t make it in time either. I will never use this company again. I will also encourage anyone whilst I am here to not use them and once I get home I will make sure anyone going to Mallorca do not use Lemon Tours as these people are clearly just money grabbing pirates
We had such a wonderful, bubbly, happy guide Esther, who shared her love of the island and promoted it excellently in English, French and German. No question was too much. We were able to learn a lot. Thanks also to Pablo, our calm and experienced driver who drove us safely through steep ravines. The whole experience was amazing.
We made our tour to Formentor beautiful trip, beautiful views, but.... The guide "viviane" a lady without education, had no ways to talk to people, even spoke arrogantly and did not let us speak, turned back, lack of humility, to a lady who says that does this to 25 years....poor Service....and in the end when he left us on our exit, nor did he say goodbye lowered his head and gave back PESSIMAL SERVICE (It wasn't just with us but with several people on the same tour...including a lady who wanted to go to the toilet, and she forced her to wait and responded aggressively) Finally... our only bad experience in Palma de Mallorca
Great!!! We enjoyed it a lot. I lived the guide a charm of woman, super fun, I recommend it is a very good excursion. Thank you so much for the unforgettable day
We thought it was a successful day. At the market of Pollença we bought a nice lunch to take to the beach of Formentor. The boat trip was a nice change from the bus. We had plenty of time everywhere to make it a relaxed day. The views were breathtakingly beautiful. The driver and guide were also top notch. Everything was well organized.
Our guide Esther was great! A very pleasant day with lots of discoveries and breathtaking landscapes! We highly recommend!!
Superb very pleasant day with an unforgettable very dynamic smiling guide and a super, very good driving driver. I recommend this magical outing. Mrs. Christine Morin.
