Snow was a truly fantastic guide! It was a wonderful experience—even though it was raining, we had a great time during the tour.
We had an amazing time with Vanessa she was very knowledgeable friendly and happy to answer any questions. She navigated us through all the security stations efficiently despite ques. The forbidden city is definitely worth visiting We initially had issues with booking that lead to duplicate booking which I could not access the tour company were very good and managed to cancel 1 with a full refund would definitely recommend this trip
Linda was a good guide. She was also very knowledgeable and well experienced! I would recommend her to family and friends!
It’s really worth and Snow is very helpful and thanks for hydrations !!
I had such a wonderful experience with our tour guide, Snow! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about sharing the history and culture of Beijing with us. One of the highlights was discovering the hidden gems around Qianmen that we would never have found on our own. Snow took us to places that felt authentic and local — the kind of spots that only someone who really knows the area would know about. It made the experience feel much more special than a typical tourist tour. The Forbidden City was absolutely incredible, and Snow did an amazing job explaining its fascinating history, architecture, and stories. Her explanations were clear, interesting, and engaging, which really helped bring the history to life rather than simply walking around and looking at the buildings. Snow went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic experience, and her local knowledge made such a difference. If you’re visiting Beijing and looking for a knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive guide, I highly recommend Snow! Thank you, Snow, for making my Beijing trip even more memorable! 5 stars without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
It was a very beautiful day! Melonie, our guide was excellent!
Despite a 3 hours long queue (august is Beijing's peak touristic affluence) under a 30° heat, this experience was clearly worth it ! Our guide, Snow, made it memorable thanks to her never-ending knowledge about China's history, and her passionate storytelling. Tiananmen square and the Forbidden city are a must-do if you come to Beijing, as no other place would give you such a presentation of China's old and new history.
Snow made our visit amazing, in spite of having to queue for many hours in the scorching heat before entering the square. Very good experience thanks to our guide!
First of all, I want to distinguish the work of the guide, who was 100% professional and did everything possible so that everything went well. But overall, the experience was terrible. The tour is sold as a package from Tiananmen Square and Probida City, with the indication of departure at 8:00, 30 min at Tiananmen Square, entry into the Forbidden City at 8:30 and then 3 h visit, which looked very good when I scored. The experience was a 2h30min wait to enter Tiananmen Square, in the sun and without shadow - an authentic torture. I have to respect the safety procedures, although they seem too excessive to be friendly. There were children (babies), old people and in wheelchairs in the queue, treated like animals, there is no other way to say it. The company that organizes this tour CAN NOT announce you without CLARY notice of the risk of delayed entry into Tiananmen Square. You know that's the case, at least in August. In the Forbidden City we should have entered at 8:30 and we entered at 12:20!! At the peak of heat and with many visitors. Obviously, I returned the earphone and made a more independent and faster visit to the Forbidden City, because I was already saturated and tired. Poor organization, you can't sell this tour like this. It's deceiving who buys it and a disrespectful procedure of the company.
Very good experience, the guide Julia explained things to us very clearly.
