Great experience, so fun. I learned a lot and loved how it was both guided and free to roam around.
We had a Wonderful day trip, with Our Amazing Gray line Tour guide Annelisa!!!!!!!!!! She is truly a one of a kind, She is a Gem 💎 I would recommend Her to Everyone, Family friends, You would be lucky to get Her! I would like to say She deserves a raise!!!!
We might have accidentally booked a Spanish tour, but our guides Annalisa and Giovanni handled the situation perfectly making sure we didn’t miss a thing. Annalisa was an exceptionally good listener who quickly picked up on our interests. She hit the jackpot by telling us about the seasonal blooming of wisterias in the Bardini Gardens. Giovanni masterfully simplified the complex chain of effects, that showed how the Renaissance era in Florence monumentally shaped our history. All of this was done through iconic works of art, making our Uffizi visit even more fascinating. Be aware that some places, such as San Lorenzo and the Boboli Gardens, close early, so it is worth checking the opening hours when planning your time after the tours.

We were very lucky to be accompanied by Annalisa on this experience from Rome to Florence. A great guide who was always watching us, a charm of woman. Upon arriving in Florence he accompanied us to the entrance of the Uffizi gallery and along the way he explained the most unique buildings in the area. The truth is that we have been very lucky that she accompanied us....We will be back!!!!

This was double the price of taking the train to Florence in first class and the tickets were for normal seats with only a 20 minute tour of 3-4 landmarks discussed added on. Would be better to just get a train ticket and plan out your day.
