This was not a float with serenity of any kind. And…I wouldn’t call it a float. The water was low, moving over rocks and boulders and getting stuck all along the way. Very disappointed. The guide was nice though
They all had fun, everything the person we bought the tickets was very i formative. He was right on ,on all his descriptions. We loved that.
I loved the instructor, he was very kind and helpful and made tubing a pleasant experience l, the water is very shallow and safe for kids
Used this as a wind down from a busy day exploring the canyon. Was fun and relaxing. Not too long. Just know that this is not a lazy river experience. Be prepared to get caught in rocks and need to push off or even stand up to move your tube and restart. It was a fun, enjoyable experience.
Customer service was great but tubing itself was very difficult. Water too low to really enjoy the experience, having to get off the tube to frequently to free up from the rocks.
$159 for a 50 minute float is too much and then the constant pressure to tip on top. Views of the mountains were limited so don’t think you’re going to have some grand experience. The river was supposedly higher and I would say we got stuck and had to drag out of rocks 3-4 times. I’m a bigger guy and the tube was not meant for 6’5” 250lb. The river flow consistently pushed you into tree branches on the bank, I have an unbelievable amount of scratches for a 50 minute float. Recommend they give a paddle so you can direct the tube some… All that said, my kids had fun and that’s what matters. They said they would do it again…
We had such a fun time floating down the river. Definitely recommend water shoes. But they do have them for you to use. You do need to navigate yourself down the river and the sticks the company gives to help yourself are very useful. This was a perfect break on a hot day!
A lot of people said the hour was short but I think it was the right amount of time. There are some rocks and the water is shallow so I be prepared to do some work navigating the river rather than just floating. But it was a great view and a lot of fun! Worth the $40
It’s better for the tourist to experience it in between spring and summer or fall so the water is deeper. We went here August, the water was shallow. Though, we had fun experiencing it.
What a fun time. We expected to have to walk in a lot of places , but that was not the case. River was flowing very well. The guys that got us set up and picked us up were so nice. Worth the money!! Fun time on a warm day.
