Our guide, Amir, picked us up from our hotel, and was very knowledgeable about the history of Fez, and provided us with a really excellent tour of the Medina, or ancient city. The Medina here was nothing like the one in Marrakesh, much more calm, and it was clear that local people were shopping for food and goods, as opposed to the tourist-oriented insanity of Marrakesh. Fez has the oldest continuously operated university in the world, and that was a very interesting part of the tour. The shopping was great--we ended up going home with a variety of leather goods as well as a carpet. It was great to be able to see how they make these goods there, and the same goes for the ceramic factory that we visited outside of the Medina on the way back to our hotel. Overall, the tour was more than 7 hours, which was quite a good bargain, and included a nice place for lunch on our own that our guide picked out This was easily the highlight of our 2-day stay in Fez.
It was good to learn some history of Fez and go through the Medina. The guide is knowledgeable and seems to have specific connections with the different store owners in the Medina. I think it would have been nice if I had some time to actually shop for souvenirs instead of the assigned shops the guide had connections with bc I didn’t want to buy rugs and the rug salesman ushered me out immediately once he found out I wasn’t interested in purchasing rugs which was rude. I didn’t even say I wanted to buy rugs and was only interested in seeing textiles.
Please I already explained to you that we are going to visit cooperatives which is part of the tour , not shops.. and you are refunded but still didn’t delete the review that is infecting my reputation. I wish you could delete it as promised Thank you for your understanding and I wish you all the best Adil
Adil was absolutely perfect. We had an awesome tour. I recommend it blindly recommend. You won't regret it. You will definitely find some treasures.

Abdil knows the ins and outs of Fez Medina. Know what you want and he will take you there! The tour starts with great culture and ends with wonderful artisans. No pressure to buy if you do not want. Abdil knows where all the treasure troves are.
Tour guide cancelled at the last minute with no reason why. Didn’t leave me enough time to book another tour for that day. Avoid.
Hello I’m really sorry I was very busy with my wife she had a cancer But now she’s doing well Promiss next time you will be here I will organise a great tour according to your needs and interests Looking forward to seeing you here in Morocco
Truly exciting experience trough Fes Medina. Redouane is the best guide to show you hidden gems of the city such as Hamans, Tea places, shops and many more. It’s also a great opportunity to learn about the country’s history. If you are in Fes you definitely need this tour ;)
Thanks a lot for booking this tour with us Looking forward to seeing you soon here in Morocco
Where to begin? Adil is absolutely amazing. So kind, knowledgeable, friendly, funny and customized our tour to exactly what we wanted and how long we wanted. We would have been SO lost without him. I can’t recommend him any more (and especially booking a tour while in Fes so you don’t miss out on anything and most importantly won’t get lost in the Medina!!!). I am young and not normally a tour person, but I wish I could give 10 stars. My husband and I had the best day with him (and my husband is Moroccan and is always quick to judge and he absolutely LOVED Adil). If you are in Fes, do yourself a favor and book this tour - you won’t regret it!!!

We had a wonderful time with khalid, our guide, beside explaining us the monuments, he was friendly and made us feel part of the city. He took into consideration our requests and brought us to local shops to buy souvenirs. The experience was great thanks to him.
