Les Southern Highlands se mélangent, faune australienne indigène, élégance du climat frais, charme pastoral et riche histoire. Votre journée commence à Berrima, un village de chalets en grès et de caractère colonial. La route mène ensuite à travers des terres agricoles vallonnées au domaine de Mount Ashby, connu pour sa cuisine de style Italien, ses vins locaux et sa propriété encadrée par l'art et les écuries. Le décor se déplace à Fitzroy Falls, où les falaises boisées s'enfoncent dans des vallées profondes. De là, vous continuez vers Bendooley Estate pour une dégustation de fromage et de vin parmi les vignes au bord du lac et les terrains bien entretenus. À Bowral, boutiques et magasins d'antiquités offrent un rythme plus lent et un aperçu de l'artisanat de la région. La journée se termine à Boscobel Farm, notre sanctuaire privé au milieu des forêts et des pâturages, où paissent des kangourous sauvages à proximité. Une journée de beauté, de goût, d'histoire et de douce nature sauvage.

Ce circuit des Hautes-Terres du Sud offre un voyage paisible à travers les vignobles, les villages et la brousse. Commencez par Berrima historique, où les bâtiments en grès et les premières histoires coloniales donnent un ton calme pour la journée. Continuez jusqu'au domaine Bendooley pour une dégustation de vins de climat frais accompagnés d'une planche de charcuterie avec des produits régionaux. Le déjeuner suit au Mount Ashby Estate, un vignoble de caractère au charme d'inspiration Française, aux antiquités et aux vastes enclos. Dans l'après-midi, une promenade en forêt mène à une chute d'eau saisissante entourée de gommes imposantes et d'air frais. La visite se déplace ensuite à Bowral pour le boutique shopping et les magasins d'antiquités qui récompensent l'errance non pressée. Le dernier arrêt est Boscobel Farm, une propriété calme avec des champs ouverts et des kangourous en pâture. Un pique-nique privé est préparé pour vous, offrant une scène simple et nettement australienne alors que la journée touche à sa fin douce. Cette expérience mêle vin fin, nature et histoire d'une façon non précipitée et authentique.

We first went on a Sydney half day private tour with the Australian Adventure Company and loved it so much we booked again . This time we went to the Southern Highlands for an Australian Country side wine tour . What a fantastic day it was ! The small villages were so beautiful and had so much history to them . Bendooley Estate winery had delicious Riesling and Pinot Noir . The waterfall was incredible . And we finished the day on a private farm watching Kangaroos jump around in the wild !! We did not expect this for our trip . Wow . Do yourself a favour and don’t miss out on this on .

The Southern Highlands Tour was fantastic! From pick-up to drop-off, Sam looked after us so well. We tasted some incredible wines and learned about Australia’s fascinating history on the drive. The picnic on the farm at the end of the day was magical - especially watching the wild kangaroos hopping around. An incredible day from start to finish! Highly recommend Aus Adventure Co.
This was a flawlessly organised and executed tour. Thank you Sam and The Aus Adventure Co. for delivering such a fabulous experience for my friends and I. This tour exceeded my expectations 10-fold, maybe our very favourite day on our whole 15 day trip. The wineries we visited for exquisite, we especially loved lunch at Ashby Estate and learning the history of the country villages in the region. The wines were so delicious, the food was delicious, the views were delicious. The picnic in the paddocks blew us away, must have been at least 20 kangaroos within a stones throw away grazing the meadows as we enjoyed local cheese and wines. The day ended with a bushwalk to a very beautiful waterfalls which was the cherry on top. Thanks for a fantastic day Sam! We will never forget it, it was so lovely spending the day with you. We went on a full day Sydney tour with Sam and decided to book another tour and explore the southern NSW coastline and countryside. We are so glad we did, as I could image many visitors miss these spots, but this is where Australia’s true coastline really shines. We had such an amazing day. Sam was fantastic, making the whole experience so enjoyable. We got to pat koalas and feed kangaroos at Symbio Wildlife Park and saw so many other native animals in their natural habitats. The scenery was breathtaking, with mountains, cliffs, rainforest, countryside and the sparkling coastline. We visited two national parks, enjoyed a lovely seaside lunch, and finished the day with wine tasting at a beautiful vineyard. Our highlight was spotting wild kangaroos on the farm and having a nice Aussie beer. Incredible views, amazing wildlife, and Sam’s friendly guidance made this tour unforgettable. We had such a great time and would highly recommend it.
