Fatima, Batalha et Nazaré : excursion d'une journée au départ de Coimbra
Description
Au cours de cette visite, nous découvrirons les sites les plus populaires au sud-ouest de Coimbra. À Fátima, nous nous rendrons à Aljustrel, le village où vivaient les petits bergers, et au sanctuaire, nous visiterons les basiliques et la chapelle des Apparitions. Nous poursuivons notre route vers Batalha pour visiter le monastère de Santa Maria da Vitória. Imposant, il se distingue par sa monumentalité et ses entrelacs de pierre à l'extérieur, des éléments qui le rendent facilement reconnaissable. Après Batalha, nous nous dirigerons vers la mer, jusqu’au village de Nazaré, où nous commencerons notre visite par le sanctuaire, le Sítio et la plage du Nord pour admirer les vagues, avant de terminer par les ruelles étroites et sinueuses du village. À une date qui reste à convenir, nous reviendrons à notre point de départ, Coimbra.

Fatima was the highlight of our day, but it was also a great way to see Nazare and Bathala as part of the same trip. The guide was excellent and gave lots of wonderful information about the trip, Coimbra & surrounding areas.

Outstanding day trip based out of Coimbra! Cool to see the religious / spiritual history of Fatima, the historical monastery at Batalha and the incredible waves and surf spots at Nazare! Pedro was an excellent and knowledgeable guide! He navigated the wind and the rain at Nazare like the professional he is and found us a great spot for lunch!! He even gave us some fantastic dinner suggestions when back in Coimbra. Would highly recommend this excursion for anyone looking for a day trip in central Portugal.
