The tour never happened and I have requested a full refund. We met at 3 pm at the assigned meeting point and the tour operator never arrived. We tried 8 times to contact the tour operator and the call was never answered. After waiting 20 minutes we received an e-mail stating the tour will begin at 5:30 pm on the other side of town. We were also informed the tour would not include Juliet’s House which was the reason we booked this very expensive tour in the first place. Maria the tour operator told us we would have to buy tickets and visit the hour prior to her tour, which we did. We canceled the Viator Tour and were promised (but have as yet to see) a full refund. What a fiasco! We wasted half of our only day in Verona not to mention the cost of numerous international phone calls. We are extremely disappointed!

This tour is a great way to see Verona. We were only passing through for a few hours and we still feel like we got to know the city well. We saw all the major sites and our guide provided incredible historical context and details. Highly recommend it!
A very good tour of the city from a different perspective. Tour guide Maria was knowledgeable about her home city and gave us a good historical insight with humour and was welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend
