Really bad, we waited from 5:30 PM to 6:36 PM, there was also no staff to greet you, we rode quads but no camel even though we paid for it.
No you don't do that with us. There are a lot of companies in Marrakech. Can you prove your reservation with us?
They gave us an hour of quad biking, some camel riding and tea, they taught us how to ride the quadbikes and they went slow in the beginning to allow us to get used to the controls of the quadbike, one tip is when riding the quadbike keep your centre of gravity low to the handles when going faster or making a turn. Yeah but overall very good and fun experience. Definitely recommend for sure👍💯

Travellers please avoid this people! The tour guide is not straight forward….he took us somewhere else claiming they work together until I refused and insisted he take us to the place we signed up for…… he wasn’t apologetic…..rather he was rude! he is not nice and quite discriminating….. he treated the indigenes who was grouped with us for the quad biking obviously better that we could notice…. He also refused to send us the few pictures he took of us forcing me to go write a good review for him and also rate him excellent….

We did this experience with our child and it was very safe for her. The quads are in excellent condition and the team is good. I wish we had driven with more speed, but maybe because of my child, they went slower!
This activity was so fun, our Guide planned the route and we did it just in time for the sunset photos at the palm grove!
