The driver arrived an hour early and then left us without transportation. When we tried to reach the transporter’s agent he stopped answering the phone after two calls and asking us to wait 10 minutes each time while another car was arranged. As of today, three days later we still have not heard from this company.
Hi Susan, please note that you booked the transfer with pick up at 08.00am at the airport. You gave us 3 different flight numbers. 6 persons on 3 different flights. (Please check your booking) First flight landed at 06.35am. Our driver waited until 09.15am (pick up request at 08.00am) at the meeting point Limoservice, but nobody showed up. Greetings from rome

Upon arrival, I and my partner were immediately greeted with a sympathetic and broad smile. The transfer to the hotel went smoothly and quickly. For questions about buildings or attractions, the driver could immediately give detailed super answers. After we reached the hotel, the driver politely bid us farewell and answered any outstanding questions and gave recommendations. We can only recommend this Enterprise and the drivers! If we come back to Rome, then we will gladly book and reserve this Service again.
