Fabrication de pâtes et dégustation de vins avec dîner à Frascati au départ de Rome

Quittez la ville animée de Rome pour tomber amoureux de la lenteur et de la beauté de la vie des habitants de Frascati, la ville du vin. Votre journée commence par un beau trajet en train jusqu'à Frascati depuis Rome, au cours duquel vous pourrez admirer la beauté de la campagne de Rome. Nous viendrons vous chercher à la gare de Frascati et vous montrerons tous les coins incroyables de la ville. Ensuite, il sera temps de rejoindre notre ancienne cave à vin, où notre famille a commencé avec la production de vin. Sirotez deux types des meilleurs vins de notre famille, accompagnés de viandes et de fromages locaux. Ensuite, tout le nécessaire pour faire des pâtes sera prêt, ce sera donc à votre tour de vous salir les mains. En portant un tablier et en mélangeant tous les ingrédients tout en buvant du vin, vous obtiendrez vos propres pâtes artisanales. Ce sera donc magique de voir ce qui s'est passé, vos pâtes seront cuites avec votre sauce romaine préférée et le tour est joué ! Vous serez prêt à savourer vos propres pâtes en sirotant du vin et en vous relaxant. Vous ne quitterez pas notre maison avant d'avoir visité notre cave à vin !

An amazing and fun evening. Travelled up to Frascati by train and met at the station by the hosts, then onto drinking fantastic wine, a tour of the cellars, then making and eating awesome pasta.
My daughter and I took a trip out to Frascati for a pasta-making and wine-tasting evening, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. There is something so incredibly special about rolling out homemade pasta and sharing wonderful local wine together. It wasn't just a dinner; it was a memory we will cherish forever. If you are looking to have a beautiful evening making a beautiful meal together as a family, I cannot recommend this experience enough!"
The experience was simply great! There were no additional costs except if you were getting to Frascatti from Rome you would need to catcha very affordable train. The length of the experienced was well timed and not delayed do afterwards we have time to browse the city a bit. Atmosphere was very open and friendly, good for creativity to flow. You will be in a pack of 12 people per session so it was very pleasant. Staff is super nice and helpfull. We were here as a part of our bachelorrete party.
This was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Nico welcomed us into his hometown and took us on a fascinating walking tour, sharing its history from the train station all the way to his family’s home, which has been in their family for generations. We learned about their family’s winemaking tradition and even explored the incredible underground tunnel system beneath the houses, where wine was once stored in ancient cellars. It was such a unique and authentic experience. The pasta-making class was fantastic. Nico and his cousin were warm, patient, and passionate teachers. We learned how to make four different types of fresh pasta and chose from four delicious sauces to pair with them. The meal at the end was simply unforgettable. With fresh truffle added on top, it was undoubtedly the best pasta I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a genuine, family-run Italian experience that combines history, culture, incredible food, and wonderful hospitality, I couldn’t recommend this experience more. Great experience. We learned about 2 local white wines and pasta making. The guides were great and gave us clear explanations how to make pasta from scratch including 3 different sauces. They cooked our own pasta and enjoyed it with the local wines. Just great. Highly recommended if you enjoy pasta and wine tasting. Frascati is also very charming to get a bit away from the busy Rome.
This experience was the best we’ve had on our trip so far! All the staff was amazing as well as the group we were with! I would definitely come back if we ever visit Italy again!
Easy to take the train, we were meet right outside the station, uphill walk. Absolutely lovely ladies, excellent cooking and wine experience. We had so much fun! It was the perfect way to end our Italy trip.
We did this pasta making class in June 2026 and loved it. The host was really knowledgeable and friendly and the pasta we made was delicious. The wine provided from their family vineyard was also great. It was really easy to get to and from Frascati and it was a lovely break from the crowds and heat of Rome. This class is really good value for money and we would definitely recommend it!
This was a great experience. Just the right length of time and the hosts made it a good time. The group was just the right size - The town of Frascati is beautiful- I’d recommend spending the day there.
A lovely experience. Even though the round was in English, we had a lot of fun and communicated well. It is truly recommended... from now on, we will only have homemade pasta. 😉😘
