Au départ de Florence et une fois à la cave, la visite commence par un accueil chaleureux et un chemin à travers les rangées, où vous serez initié aux secrets de la culture, aux caractéristiques du sol et aux cépages qui donnent vie aux vins que vous dégusterez plus tard. Le voyage se poursuit avec un toast de bienvenue de vin mousseux local, suivi d'une visite de la cave à vinaigre. Ici, vous découvrirez l'art de produire le vinaigre balsamique de Modène et le vin traditionnel santo, deux excellences qui racontent des siècles de culture gastronomique. Une fois dans la salle de dégustation, la dégustation guidée de sept vins sélectionnés commencera, y compris des blancs frais, des rouges importants, des vins mousseux élégants et un précieux vin santo. Chaque verre est accompagné de produits typiques du terroir : les ingrédients et les plats varient en fonction de la saison, vous pouvez donc trouver entre autres de la charcuterie et des fromages locaux, de l'huile d'olive vierge extra biologique, des huiles aromatisées à la truffe blanche et au piment et du vinaigre balsamique vieilli.

Là, une fois arrivé à la cave, profitez de votre promenade parmi les rangées dans un premier temps et Visite de la cave à vinaigre. Puis, dégustation de vins, d'huile d'olive et de produits typiques de la Toscane.
Retour le soir au même endroit en centre ville

We had an amazing experience and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of wines they offered. The experience is amazing and highly recommended this tour.
When the description says, "wine tour," i envision a tour of the vineyards and a glimpse at the wine making process. This was, "you can take a picture for Instagram with these grapevine before we start the tasting." Also, it would be very helpful if they gave the name of the vineyard because we booked 2 tours through Viator and ended up at the same place. That said, this tasting was very nice-good pairings and great explanation of what we were tasting.

The description was 5 hrs tour starting at 2 We got on bus 2.30 and drove 50 mins and left vineyard 5.30 Actual tasting and visit lasted 2hrs. Vineyard guide was excellent and good and wines v good. We were allowed additional glasses of wine to try which was v generous

Great tour. But be aware, there is a 20 minute walk from the meeting location to the bus that you ride to the vineyard. The wine tasting was superb, well executed and entertaining. I went with my husband and two kids (age 20 & 22). Everyone had a great time! The bus ride through the countryside was very enjoyable!

The Wine tasting was lovely however the meeting point was not clear at all - it’s tucked away. Other tours I’ve been on the meeting point was at the bus parking lot (where our guide actually led us to) and that was actually easier to find than meeting in the station. I would suggest someone waiting out of the ticked away place with a clear flag as it was a stressful start to the trip and also meant as a couple we couldn’t sit together on the bus.

The wine was not great, our guide was super. Atmosphere was good, bus driver was awful. Just my opinion

This was a good trip to a winery in what appears to be a commercial/warehouse area. The bus ride was comfortable getting out there. It was a bit of a walk from the train station to where the bus is actually parked. The guides were good. They did a good job with our group and giving individual attention. The length of time there was plenty long enough. The wine pairings were done well and we learned a bit. They accommodated vegetarians-switching out the meat plate with one with veggies and cheese. Overall, the wine was okay. Very expensive to purchase but people were purchasing wine. They also offered vinegar and olive oil. Again, expensive for the quality. We enjoyed the trip but wouldn’t do it again.

Put the meeting location into Google and it is very easy to find the visitor information meeting place. There is a 7 minute walk as a group to the bus from the station. It was very nice being driven to the winery beautiful views. Not much time in the vineyard. Mainly set up for people to take quick photos then into the wine tasting room. You can ask for refills and try all the wines and repeat as you want. It was a fun afternoon/early evening activity. Minimal physical activity and a rest from rushing to see different sites
