Instructions de réunion Il existe deux ponts de croisière à Sainte-Lucie, POINT SERAPHINE et LA PLACE CARENAGE (Port Castries). Point Seraphine Arrivées: Débarquez le navire et cherchez la sortie du quai. Tournez à droite après la sortie et allez au restaurant Pink Papaya (moins de 5 minutes à pied). Votre représentant local vous attendra vêtu d'une chemise portant le logo "LucianStyle" et tiendra également une pancarte indiquant "Expériences" de LucianStyle. Port Castries (La Place Carenage) Arrivées: Débarquez le navire et cherchez la sortie du quai. Traversez les portes pour accéder au terminal Duty Free, tournez à gauche (seul sens) et continuez vers la sortie du terminal Duty Free. Le bureau d’information de l’Office du tourisme de Sainte-Lucie se trouve avant les portes de sortie où vous serez rencontré par votre représentant local. Votre représentant local vous attendra avec une chemise portant le logo "LucianStyle" et une pancarte indiquant "Expériences LucianStyle".

We did the Rodney Bay segway tour with Shak as our tour guide. It was a really great excursion, better than we anticipated. The tour was just my husband and I, so very personal. We had time to learn the basics and test ride the segways before venturing out around the bay. (Surprisingly easy to use.) Shak was fab and stopped off regularly along the way to tell us little bits of history, so not only was it a fun and exhilarating experience, but educational too. Shak kindly took photos of us, as well as taking us to an off road part to really let rip and trial the segway speeds. When we arrived back to the store, we were given some water and snacks and the girl behind the counter (Kaylei - we share the same name!) was so friendly and called our driver to make sure we were picked up. There is a little bar next door to wait and get cold drinks too. Payment could be made by card, XCD and US dollars. All in all, great excursion and we highly recommend.
We tried the Segway excursion for the first time and absolutely loved it! Our tour guide, Thomas, was incredible—he walked us through all the safety basics, and in no time my spouse and I were off, feeling like two kids on bikes again… “look, Mom—no hands!” Out of our entire trip to St. Lucia, this excursion was the highlight. We’re still talking about it and already looking forward to going back just to do another Segway adventure with Thomas. Truly an 11/10 experience—we laughed the entire time and would absolutely do it again!
Transportation sucked but Richard was extremely knowledgeable.
We had a brilliant time on the Segway’s, was a great way to see some of Rodney bay, the two guys that took us were brilliant, fun and professional! Jermain’s humour was a great addition to the trip, they supplied us with water and banana chip which was nice, we would definitely recommend to others!
All of the materials we received said the departure time was 2:00 pm. We showed up at 1:40 pm and the driver said the pickup time was 1:30 pm. The other couple we had booked with showed up at 1:50 pm, but the driver had already left. He told us it was a half-hour drive to where the tour started, but that was not revealed in any information we had received. So, we paid for the tour, but we're not allowed to take it. It is possible they made a last minute hanger to the pick up, but we did not receive it on our cruise ship. We want a refund, but the company has not responded to us. Terrible experience!

The 2:00 PM time referenced in your review reflects the start time of the Segway experience, not the pickup time. As noted in our materials, transportation to the tour site is required, and guests are advised to be ready at the designated pickup time to ensure timely arrival. On the day in question, our driver arrived at the scheduled pickup point at the appropriate time and waited for the allotted grace period. Unfortunately, you were present and seated on the bus and got OFF as your friends were late, you were aware of other couple who was on the bus and in order to avoid delays impacting other participants, the tour proceeded as scheduled. We understand that guests arriving by cruise ship may face communication challenges; however, we did not issue any last-minute changes to the pickup time for this tour. We always encourage guests to carefully review their confirmation details or contact us directly in advance if there are any uncertainties. While we regret that you missed the tour by your own choice, we must respectfully clarify that the service was operated as scheduled and in accordance with our policies. We have taken Segway tour all around the world and this one was great. Our guide tried to convince us that he was a body double for Arnold Schwarzenegger but he was at least a foot shorter and likely 100 pounds lighter but he did have Arnold's sense of humor. We had a great afternoon with him

Let me start by saying that the reason for the rating of 3 is NOT because we didn’t have a fun time. We absolutely did. Lucien Style Experiences had 2 wonderful guides/ instructors, Tomas and Jermain. Our only complaint is that TripAdvisor did not provide us with pertinent information. We had no idea what time to meet our tour. We arrived at the specified meet up location at 10:30 for an 11:00 tour only to find that the bus had left without us. Nowhere in any email did it say what time to be there. Taxi driver tried to charge $50(US) for a 15 minute ride-we were able to talk him down a bit. We feel TripAdvisor had a responsibility to give us ALL the necessary information. We will think twice before using them again.
What experience? Tour operator never showed up and phone number on our ticket did not work. Tour operator didn’t answer Viator either as number did not connect. Walked around for an hour looking for our tour. It was frustrating and disappointing as we wasted our time in St Lucia
We booked this tour the end of January. We got to St. Lucia and waited for the driver to come. He didn't. We called him, and he said since it was a Friday, he was worried about traffic and that maybe we wouldn't make it back on time. That's fine- but he knew it was on a Friday when we booked it inJanuary- and he still confirmed. This was our first Trip Advisor booking and probably our last!
Terrible experience We were given minimal directions as to meeting spot. I tried texting the tour operator and he never responded. Call customer service and they tried calling him … no answer So no segways for us. Now waiting to see if Viator will refund us. They said it will take 72 hours to notify us about our refunds. Totally wasted our day .. not what you want to do on vacation.
