Our host, Ricardo, gets 5 stars, but not including entry tickets was not expected to be as difficult as it was. We ended up buying separate tickets in the drive over. Still got to see Sinatra…stunning! The event listing should make it abundantly clear that you should buy tickets in advance. This lack of proper communication knocked it down to 4 stars. Would definitely recommend a car service to Sinatra that can get you to the entrance gate at the proper time.
Amit was a delight and very attentive to our needs. He was knowledgeable about Sintra and gave us a great restaurant recommendation and encouraged us to do a ginja tasting (so good). Highly recommend him as your guide.

Amit was the consummate professional! Starting from the reservation to confirmation to pickup. Before we left for Sintra, he provided us with water, phone chargers & WIFI in his car! He knows Portugal very well, providing background information about where we were going. He was very inquisitive about our interests & tailored the excursion to us.
