Visitez le centre d’Angkor Thom (le Bayon, composé de 54 tours et de 216 faces de Buddhisatva Avalokesvara), construit par le plus grand roi d’Angkor, Jayavaraman VII, à la fin du 12ème siècle, Baphoun qui fut l’un des temples les plus spectaculaires de son époque, Terrasse de l’éléphant utilisée pour les cérémonies publiques et servant de scène à la grande salle du roi, Terrasse du roi lépreux l’un des mystères d’Angkor, l’ancien palais royal Phimeanakas.
Visitez le fabuleux temple Ta Prohm qui est entouré par les énormes figuiers. Il a laissé à peu près le même état dans lequel il a été trouvé. Les gigantesques racines des figuiers embrassaient les ruines et la jungle environnante en ont fait l’un des temples les plus populaires d’Angkor.
Après-midi: Visite de Banteay Kdei construite par le roi Jayavarman VII de la fin du 12ème siècle au début du 13ème siècle. Le temple est un complexe monastique tentaculaire, en grande partie non restauré, qui ressemble beaucoup au temple de Ta Prohm.

The very well documented guide on the history of both the place and his country, I really liked the way he narrated the stories and provided the data. The coordination of the times in each temple and the tours were very well planned. It is one of the best experiences you can live if you like art, history and nature, and it is worth hiring experts. Among the things that can be improved are the size of the water bottles, instead of 365 ml should be at least 600 ml. I suggest you consider not starting your tour of the temples so early, I'm honest the sunrise is not spectacular promotional photos are far from reality. To make it more convenient you can arrive once dawn so that you do not feel so hot and there are not so many people, I also suggest you bring enough moisturizing drinks (with electrolytes) ask the driver to keep them in your fridge / icebox. My experience with the provider of tourist services, transportation, catering (food) and lodging with pool was excellent.
We opted for a private sunrise tour and was not disappointed, the sunrise over Angkor Wat was spectacular! You underestimate the size of the site, there is lots to see and history in abundance! We learnt a lot from this trip and visited the four temples listed in the itinerary, each with their own character and story to tell. Our guide Sa was amazing 🤩, very knowledgeable and shared so much history with us! I would recommend doing some pre reading (I know this may sound boring, and I wouldn’t normally suggest this), as this will help make the link and give more meaning when you are visiting the sites. It was the best trip we booked in Cambodia and the driver was professional, didn’t rush us and took many photos of our amazing day, creating memories to last a lifetime! 5* Guide and would book again and refer to others. A honest review after years of reading them but never taking the time to actually write one - hope this helps 👍 and thank you Sa for an unforgettable day!
Really great tour. Pickup was on time. Driver kept us hydrated and cool with lovely smelling chilled cloths. Guide Vathana was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Very comfy SUV to ride in. He was great about being flexible for us to stop and take pics. We learned a lot and really enjoyed ourselves.
From the minute Paul picked us up from the hotel I knew wed made the right choice in booking this tour. Both he and our driver were fantastic and made the whole experience memorable. Paul knew exactly where to take us and at what time to make sure we would get the best shots and see some fantastic things. The whole area is stunning and the history amazing. What a spectacular place to visit. We opted for the sunrise tour and even though it is an early morning it was well worth it. Stunning to see the sun rise over such a beautiful temple. Rith was our tour guide and was very knowledgeable and a great guy. All 8 of us thoroughly enjoyed this tour.

My family and I just finished a magical time with Sieng from Angkor Wat Travel Tour. The sunrise tour is an absolute must for Angkor Wat for those hesitant to wake up at 4am. I woke up a 6yo and 9yo, they were champs and loved the tour. I did the daytime tour 15 years ago and this experience blew that one out of the water. The views are breathtaking. Sieng was amazing in that he was very knowledgeable and took countless photos of us from the best viewpoints (thank you Sieng!). He whatsapped me the day before to confirm our tour and also to advise us to buy our Angkor Wat tickets online to save time in the morning. We visited 4 different temples including Angkor Wat as a private tour and all were very beautiful in their own way. I took 1000 photos and we were done by 12:30pm to enjoy the rest of the day. I highly highly recommend booking a private tour with Angkor Wat Travel Tour. We had lunch at a surprisingly good restaurant (I have been on a lot of tours and usually the tourist restaurants are just okay). My daughter is a picky eater and even she gobbled up the chicken fried rice. Thank you Sieng again for an amazing day!
