Wonderful experience! The staff was super attentive and made everything happen in a quiet and organized way. I felt very well received throughout the tour, I highly recommend!
I was delighted with the proximity of three countries in this city tour in Paraguay! In addition to a great lunch in the centre of Ciudad del Este, the itinerary of the grandiose Itaipu, the falls of the Salto Monday and the Three Frontiers Framework brings a unique cultural wealth. A true Paraguay Experience that I highly recommend through this Paraguay Tour!
I was very impressed with crossing the Bridge of Friendship on this City Tour in Paraguay! In addition to stopping at a cafeteria to get to know Paraguayan food and buy chips, the scenario for the grandiose Itaipu, the falls of the Salto Monday and the Three Frontiers Mark delivers a unique cultural wealth. A true Paraguay Experience that I highly recommend through this Paraguay Tour!
We had a great time with our tour guide, Nilza. Despite a rainy day, we saw all the sights, Nilza walked in the rain with us! She was a great driver in the rain, drove us all over and got us back to our hotel safely. I would definitely recommend this tour and Nilza as the guide.
It was truly a pleasant experience! The tour was practically a private tour since it was just the three of us, and the guy who guided us was really good. The itinerary included a visit to the Itaipú Dam, the Monday Falls, and the city of Ciudad del Este: the guide also took us to taste some local specialties in Paraguay and accompanied us around Ciudad del Este. He also recommended an excellent restaurant for lunch with a splendid view of the river. We left at 7 from Foz and returned around 3:30 PM. An experience we recommend if you are in Foz to see a bit of Paraguay: moreover, the waterfalls at Monday Falls are very beautiful and definitely less crowded compared to the Brazilian and Argentine sides of the Iguazú Falls!
We took the half-day tour in Paraguay, which included the Itaipú Dam, the Monday Falls, and the city of Ciudad del Este. It was essentially a private tour since it was just the three of us. The guide was excellent: he accompanied us and provided interesting explanations, and we also had the opportunity to try some local cuisine in Paraguay both mid-morning and for lunch at a restaurant with a beautiful view of the river, which he recommended. It was a true pleasure, and we recommend this experience to anyone who finds themselves in Foz and wants to visit the Paraguayan side as well. Moreover, the Monday Falls are truly fascinating and much less crowded compared to the Brazilian and Argentine sides of the falls.
Most of them come to the area for the Iguazu Falls, we had booked another day and wanted to experience a bit of Paraguay as well. The tour was good. Border crossing was easy, short Waiting time. First we stopped at a small museum and got an insight into the history of the country. Afterwards we continued to Itaipu Dam, an impressive structure. There was a guided tour here, which unfortunately was only in Spanish, that was a bit of a shame. But the idea behind the Project was definitely understood and the small film in the Aufitorium had English subtitles. We continued to the Salto del Monday. Few visitors, beautiful waterfall. And finally to the tri-border area. The way back took some time at the border, but due to the vendors on the road it was entertaining. Communication in advance was good. I had to ask myself for the exact pick-up time, this could have gone better. And maybe you should adjust the time of the tour. Pick-up +/- 7:30 am, end of 3/4 pm. We had nothing else planned and for us that was fully OK, but you should definitely plan 8h.
Had such an incredible day!! Our guide was so knowledgable about Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina! She went above and beyond - went out of her way to take us to a firehouse when she discovered one of the group is a fireman. Not only this, but after we told her we were going to the Argentinian side of the falls the following day, she offered us plenty of tips and advice for there as well. Could not recommend this tour enough. All the stops were just the right amount of time. Even though we’d already been to Iguassu Falls, Saltos Monday is also a must!! The hydroelectric dam was also so interesting - our guide explained as much as she could before we went in as most of the internal tour was in Spanish. The final stop at the point where Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina meet is also an absolute must. Excellent tour. Great day and even better guide!
Brilliant experience, the tour guide even took me to a local fire station as I’m a firefighter couldn’t recommend this tour enough AMAZING 🙌🏼😀
Excellent tour, told us lots of information about the various locations and included an extra location on the day for one of the friends. Tour guide was really friendly too.
