Chiara, votre guide, partagera avec vous des anecdotes et des récits ancestraux chers au peuple Monterosso, nichés dans leurs ravins escarpés, au milieu des embruns et des murets de pierres sèches surplombant la mer. La plage offre également de nombreux équipements tels que des douches, un dressing, un service de bar et des parasols. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour la visite est fourni gratuitement. Votre guide est constamment formé et certifié pour assurer la sécurité de l' activité . Des stages de moniteur de kayak de mer, des formations à l'utilisation du défibrillateur semi-automatique et des stages de recyclage pour sauveteurs sont organisés chaque année. De plus, grâce à notre collaboration personnelle avec MareVivo, nous serons attentifs à l'environnement et associerons les sports de plein air à la collecte des déchets.

We had a great time exploring and seeing the sights from the water. Our guide was excellent, sharing fun facts and some history about the area. She was also confident and very experienced, giving an added level of comfort. We were able to explore some local coves and enjoy the water at a leisurely pace, while getting a little exercise in. Definitely recommend!
Incredible views and a great guide! It was easy to set up and get us going and we learned a bit about the village history while admiring the water and wildlife.
We loved the tour. Chiara was energetic, knowledgeable, passionate and gave 1 on 1 attention. The location is perfect: Monterosso and the nearby caves, rock formations, etc. It was great to see 5 terre from the sea. Snorkeling was easy and the water was so clean and blue for swimming. The kayaks were great and sea was calm. Fabulous tour. We highly recommend.

It was a lovely experience that provided you with some information on the area and insights on the old town and new town. Seeing Monterosso from the sea provides a spectacular view and gives you the opportunity to see things you would miss if you stayed on land. We snorkeled in a sheltered rock pool and were able to see some small fish (perfect for me, I have a fear of sharks). Rock shoes are definitely recommended as the rocks are slippery and there are a few spiky sea urchins around ( bright red in colour very hard to miss). Our guide was lovely and made time to chat with everyone.
Was great!!! This was such a beautiful paddle, great tour guide and great location for snorkeling. Highly recommend. They lock up your valuables and there are outdoor showers and changing rooms.
