L'objectif de la visite à pied est que les clients comprennent, apprécient et absorbent les sites, la nourriture et la culture que Kuala Lumpur a à offrir. Cette visite à pied est différente dans le sens où les faits et les connaissances du point de vue d’un local fourniront une compréhension plus perspicace de la Malaisie en général, et de la ville de Kuala Lumpur en particulier. Qu'il s'agisse de démographie, de politique, de culture, d'histoire ou de quoi que ce soit sous le soleil, les clients sont en mesure d'observer et de comprendre ce qui rend Kuala Lumpur unique, avec toute sa beauté et ses défauts. Note: Le parcours de la séance du matin diffère de celui de l'après-midi. Route 1-6 (séance du matin); Route 1-3 et 7-9 (séance de l'après-midi).

Promenez-vous dans le quartier historique de Chinatown, tout en visitant temple chinois/taoïste, temple hindou, etc.
Visiter un marché local, parcourir les boutiques d'art et d'artisanat, etc.
Admirez la vue sur Masjid Jamek et le confluent des rivières Klang et Gombak, visitez la place de l'Indépendance, le bâtiment du sultan Abdul Samad, etc.

(SESSION DU MATIN) Se promener dans une végétation luxuriante et des jardins, admirer la flore et la faune (des iguanes et des singes apparaissent parfois) (Session du matin)

Kuala Lumpur: It means confluence of two rivers. Lumpur: It means mud .Founded as a pond collection center, the name reflects the original muddy appearance of the river meeting point. The city today is a modern metropolis famous for the Petronas Towers, skyscrapers that contrast with its humble origins.
Had a great time walking around KL with Alvin. He had a great knowledge of city and very easy to talk to.

Alvin, our guide, was a wealth of information about Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia’s history, languages, cultures, architecture, history. Like all great guides he asked just enough questions to connect and build on our world travel experiences. He had a great sense of humor and the time flew by. The stroll through the botanical gardens was a really relaxing way and beautiful place to end the tour.

Great tour with lots of info. The tour guide is great- Very knowledgeable and friendly. Tour will go at the pace of the participants. I'm a vegan and the guide made sure that all of my snacks were vegan. Guide also offers a good tour which I did and it was also great. He makes sure that dishes are catered to diary needs along with still being local dishes. Also tells you about the dishes and the history of them. I would highly recommend both tours

Guide was friendly but I think a few things could have been improved... The "snacks" were a couple rice crackers in a bag they gave us at the start. Considering how far we walked, past multiple food markets/stalls, etc, I think they could have easily and cheaply worked in a hot, local snack that was better than the few rice crackers, and incorporated it into the tour. The guide knew a LOT, but also I felt got distracted a lot, so I didn't learn all that much about Malaysia/KL, or I guess as I was hoping to. The tour also walks FAR. I'm in good shape and I don't mind walking, but it felt like we could have at least stopped 1-2 places for a quick sit down break and chat (get more info from the guide about the specific location, like the River of Life for example, orayne elsewhere if it's a larger group and seating is needed... we just kind of walked through it fast and didn't stop. Overall not the best walking tour I've been on, but I appreciated the guide's overall knowledge and he was friendly.
This was what the other guest on the same tour, Sandra from Airbnb, said about the experience: "Alvin is a very interesting guide and will show you the most important places from old to new. I have been a several city tours here and still saw and learned new things. I highly recommend this tour!" Sandra even joined my food tour experience a couple of days later.
Alvin was a very good guide, knowledgable and introduced the different parts of the city center and some historical background of the places. I was the only customer and he still held the tour for me, I really appreciate it. I’d recommend his tour to people who enjoy walking and getting to know KL.

I had a great time being part of this walking tour. I didn't have much free time as I was on a business trip but I feel that I managed to see the most important parts of the city through this tour. My guide was friendly, insightful and funny. I highly recommend this tour!
