At 50 years of age, it was time to cross surfing off my bucket list. Gabriel was awesome! He’s knowledgeable and patient. It was my first time ever attempting to surf and he was very encouraging. I would absolutely do this again!
Gabriel knows the best surfing spots in Rio, definitely worth doing again without moderation 🏄♂️

Was great experience. We surfed longer then was supposed to which was great. The guides were great help for us beginners an the viewpoint we went to after surfing was spectacular. Gabriel and the other guy whose name I forgot were very nice and friendly.
We had an absolutely amazing one-day surfing session in Rio! As a beginner I was a bit intimidated because the ocean conditions were definitely not easy that day - the waves were strong and challenging…however, thanks to fantastic Gabriel, I felt safe and confident the entire time. Gabriel is an incredible instructor, patient, professional and very encouraging, he gave me clear and personalised tips so I was actually able to stand up and catch some waves!!! It was definitely a funny day with great energy, and unforgettable emotions! The perfect capstone to the day was when Gabriel took us to a secret spot nearby to watch a breathtaking sunset over the ocean! Thanks a lot for magical moments and the incredible passion you bring to what you do, that energy is contagious!!!🤙
Had a great surfing lesson! I’m a total beginner and was a bit nervous, especially since the waves were pretty strong, but the instructor was super patient and encouraging. Everything was explained clearly and I felt confident the whole time. Even with the tough conditions, I still managed to get up on the board and had a lot of fun. Such a cool experience—would definitely recommend to everybody!
Our guide was very helpful and patient with us! Surfing starts around 3pm which is nice because the UV rays are lower at that point. We were fortunate with good conditions on our surfing day so our instructor let us surf for several hours!
