The murder mystery was fun, but the locations were not. The locations were full of some very shady people which made us a bit uncomfortable. The police actually came into the area and were arresting some of them. We left the area to finished our deliberations and went back to our campground. My wife had done done a mystery in another city wherein the locations were quite nice. Overall, it was fun, but a bit disappointing in Fairbanks.

We are locals who were looking for something to do on a very cold night. Did the driving version. Once we figured out the flow on the app it got easier and we had a great time. It took us longer than 2.5 hours, but we were being very thorough. It was worth the cost.

It starts you off by a Monument at a Fairbanks park, having you walk around the city to see various store fronts, exploring the town. The voice acting is great, having a couple of laughs at some parts, plus the questions they ask make you think as well as leaving room for hints here and there. The only downsides is that the walk is mainly by roads so you'll need headphones or something to share while in a group. Also being mindful that when we did this, some the places mentioned has changed so we had to look up old photos for the answers but besides that, had a good time.

Overall, we enjoyed the mystery and thought it was well laid out with enough info to solve without being too easy. However, we were underwhelmed by the walking route. Standing in front of a bar or hotel on the street doesn't really enhance the experience at all. Also more than one of the questions doesn't have the correct answer listed, clearly some parts of the town have changed.

Was a fun experience, with some difficult questions in the detective quiz. However, some of the questions are either outdated or wrong with there not being a businees that was said to be correct with no indication of the item we were looking for, nor another building that just didn't exist. While they may have existed when the story was written, they either don't exist now or have gone through renovations since it was written.

Was a very affordable and fun way to fill the afternoon between excursions. Had a great time wondering around downtown Fairbanks and seeing the city.
