- La natation est autorisée aux risques et périls du passager. Hype fournit des gilets de sauvetage à bord, mais si le nageur ne le porte pas, Hype ne peut être tenu responsable de tout incident / réclamation.
- Veuillez noter que le catamaran exploite plusieurs navires et attribuera le catamaran le plus approprié en fonction du nombre de passagers réservés pour le voyage.
- Les personnes présentant un handicap médical ou physique, une hypertension artérielle ou une maladie cardiaque sont invitées à consulter leur médecin avant de se joindre au voyage.
- L'alcool ne sera pas vendu aux mineurs de moins de 20 ans
- Ne prenez pas d’appartenance inutile ni d’objets de valeur inutiles pendant le voyage car la société n’assumera aucune responsabilité pour les pertes ou dommages éventuels.
- Chaque voyage est différent selon les niveaux de marée et les conditions météorologiques. Les horaires / itinéraires peuvent changer en conséquence. La décision finale est celle du capitaine en consultation avec les communications à Phuket.
- BUFFET LUNCH - Maki au thon californien, surimi maki, maki au saumon, nems frais végétarien à la sauce Tamarind, canapé au saumon fumé à la crème de raifort, salade de pomelo légèrement épicée au crabe, mini-bœuf rôti Ciabatta Cocktail de crevettes avec assaisonnement au paprika, mini poulet pita, riz sauté avec œufs et légumes, poulet au curry jaune, salade de nouilles avec verre et poulet au sol et crevettes
- DESSERT - Salade de fruits, cocotine (mini-tarte aux noix de coco et pépites de chocolat), fruit de la passion, pana cotta.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The boat was spotless and very comfortable, and the views were absolutely beautiful. I especially appreciated how friendly and attentive the crew were they really made everyone feel welcome. I’d happily do this tour again and highly recommend it.

Would like to have more food and more activities on board. Otherwise, the boat trip is great. The music was also fantastic.

Would highly recommend this cruise to anyone visiting Phuket, Thailand. The day beds upstairs definitely made our day even more enjoyable. It was a perfect day with great food, drink, and friendly staff. Everything was well organised by Hype from the transport to and from our accomodation, and the islands we visited.

Even they inform before booking, per WhatsApp and before check in, it’s not allowed for pregnant women to make this tour, we had almost a delay because two heavenly pregnant women and there annoying husband had endless discussions to join the tour! Not only that, they carried a very small baby with them, which cried all the time and made us nuts! I think it shouldn’t be allowed to take such people on board! They didn’t tell the agency before and the poor stuff had to deal with the problem! The tour itself was great and the stuff very friendly! I didn’t understand that some people think rules are not for them and make other peoples life complicated only for there selfish reasons!

Let’s start this review from beginning. So i received message from the tour operator that a driver will pick us up from our hotel exactly at 10.30, and driver won’t wait more that 5 mins for us, so we must wait in the lobby exactly at 10.30. But driver showed up half hour late. Then we go for the tour, i must say the tour was nice, a bit too expensive for what we get. But still it was nice. After the boat tour we come back to the pier and the worst experience starts. We get boarded up into a van and the driver makes us wait more than 1 hour saying there 3 more people he’s waiting for. After one hour passes no one comes, driver informs us that he can’t go unless his boss says so, so we ask for his bosses number multiple times, to which he declines. Also the driver was rude to not only us but all other guests as well. Then after atleast 15 mins of quarrel the driver agrees to take us all home.

Your pick up was 22 minutes late as the other guests before you were late coming down and this caused a knock on effect. I am sorry for the driver but he mentioned that he did not argue or was rude with you. In fact you raised your voice to him several times. The 3 passengers that were missing were sick as you may not know and the driver wanted to wait for them, he did say this was not an hour. The other guests on board did not complain to us of the Hype, just to let you know. Its not nice to tell others "not to book this tour" when. you missed out a lot of information which we feel is relevant. Your comments. have been passed to the office this afternoon, Thanks, Nick
We booked this as a couple and was expecting a luxury catamaran experience as detailed, however this was definitely miss sold and was more of a party boat than a luxury trip. The catamaran was crowed and didn't have a luxury feel one bit. This trip was a substantial amount of money, which doesn't align with what we were sold.

As per the description on the website "HYPE concept is a beach club at the sea on a big stylish catamaran featuring comfortable sunlounger day beds and a spacious trampoline. We offer guests a selection of delectable finger food from traditional thai food to Sushi, tapas and a bar with an extensive menu of fine champagnes, spirits and cocktails. The boat is fitted and designed to your comfort, and our DJ will accompany your day from an atmosphere of lounge music to club mixes. Far from the hustle and bustle of the island, our cruise offers guests a breath-taking day on the crystal clear waters around Phuket, and at the end of the day a magical sunset" I have checked with the company and it seems that you did not bring up any concerns on the day?
