« Nous quitterons Puerto Viejo à 7 h 45 et roulerons pendant environ 30 minutes jusqu’à la réserve autochtone de Bribri. Nous y rencontrerons une famille autochtone qui partagera sa culture, ses traditions et ses connaissances ancestrales sur les plantes médicinales. Les participants exploreront un jardin de permaculture, dégusteront des fruits frais de cacao et participeront au processus de fabrication du chocolat traditionnel. Dans la plupart des cas, votre Guide sera un Guide Bribri natif du clan Duriwak Bribri. Au retour, nous nous arrêterons à une magnifique cascade dans les montagnes de Talamanca, où vous pourrez profiter d'une baignade rafraîchissante dans la piscine naturelle sous les chutes. Après cette pause détente, nous retournerons à Puerto Viejo. » Merci beaucoup.

Great outdoor experience with insight into a different perspective. Chocolate experience and waterfall were very pleasant.
Braulio, along with the Bribri family at the reservation were so kind to show us the rich history and technique of chocolate making as well as knowledge of medicinal herbs. This tour made me appreciate this country so much more. I recommend 100%! Pura Vida!

Braulio was so awesome! Very patient and knowledgeable as he explained so much about the area. The Bribri experience was so essential if you are visiting the area, and being able to tour the reserve, make cacao paste, learn some indigenous history/Bribri phrases AND see a gorgeous waterfall off the beaten path was more than worth it. Highly recommend if in the area and have the day to spend!

Everything was perfect. Received a great overview of the culture, people and their land before making chocolate. Lunch was tasty and they accommodated my GF request. Waterfall was superb. Was not rushed. Dropped off at hotel around 5pm so longer than advertised time which I was fine with!
