- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les gardiens de pandas géants, voir les coulisses de la scène - Contribuer aux efforts de conservation de cette espèce vulnérable - Hustle free : Ramassage & dépôt à l'hôtel, service réservation inclus dans la visite - AVIS DE VOYAGE Après le covid, les participants ne peuvent plus nourrir le panda, mais le reste des activités en coulisses (préparer le bambou, nettoyer la cage, ramasser le pupu panda, faire des gâteaux panda... ) reste le même.

Programme de bénévolat Dujiangyan Panda • 7h10-8h30 - Prise en charge à l'hôtel -Transfert à la base de Dujiangyan Panda • 8h30-9h00 -Le chauffeur vous aidera à enregistrer le bénévole panda -Mettez une tenue de travail, signez le papier du bénévole, préparez-vous pour le travail ! • 9h00-10h00 -Nettoyer l'enceinte -Smash le bambou pour panda - Pelle le chiot panda :) • 10h00-11h00 Observer et enregistrer les comportements des pandas géants • 11h00-11h30 Regardez les gardiens nourrir les pandas et leur donner une formation comportementale 11h30-12h30 - Déjeuner buffet à la cantine du personnel • 12h30-13h30 -Regardez le documentaire sur les pandas 13h30-14h30 Préparez des aliments spéciaux pour les vieux pandas et apprenez-en plus sur la façon dont les gardiens prennent soin des vieux pandas 14:30-15:00 -Préparer un gâteau panda -Recevoir le certificat de bénévolat et les souvenirs -MERCI POUR LE TRAVAIL DUR ET LE DON 15:30-17:00 -Dites au revoir aux pandas, retournez à Chengdu. -Le dépôt peut être organisé soit à l'hôtel, soit à l'attraction du centre-ville.

Fun experience and get to prepare foods for panda. Our guide Molly was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. She seems to enjoy being a guide and love pandas! After the tour, we get to keep our shirt, a certificate and other goodies. Both my friend and I were glad we signed up for this experience.
This was a cool way to get as close to pandas as possible without actually working at a research facility or zoo! The "work" was not strenuous- it was more so a sample of what is done on a day-to-day basis to ensure the pandas are adequately fed. My guide took pictures for me while I worked and I was able to see a panda eating close-up (no photos allowed in that area). The park itself seems to be set up well and they mentioned that the pandas are moved around from pen to pen in order to prevent boredom. There was a lot of information provided- I definitely learned new things about pandas and the conservation effort!

Watched a keeper feed an old Panda with bamboo shoots from about 1 metre away. Couldn't take photos but it was awesome to see up close. Smashing the bamboo on the concrete was fun and you get plenty of time to look around at the Pandas. Lunch in the staff canteen was delicious

We booked a private trips with Westchinago for the Dujiangyan Panda Volunteering Experience (full day), which was fantastic. We were lucky to have Lynn as our tour guide. She was wonderful, giving us insights on what to expect for the day. She was very helpful making suggestions for dinner and other sites we might want to visit during our stay in Chengdu. Prior the tour, as soon as we made the booking, Lily reached out. She explained what she needed to book the tickets to the panda base, and a little before the trip, reached out again to confirm pickup time at our hotel. We were picked up at our hotel on time. There were two of us, and we were in a comfortable vehicle with a driver, in addition to Lynn. On our way to Dujiangyan, Lynn found out it was my birthday, and she took it upon herself to surprise me with a birthday cake at one of the local tea houses! On top of that, she also informed my hotel! Lily kindly volunteered to take many pictures of us at the panda base, and was flexible with our time there. This company genuinely cared about ensuring our experience would be memorable. We were so happy with the communication, execution of the itinerary, and our wonderful tour guide, Lynn. We highly recommend this company, and will work with them again on future trips to China. Thank you!
Wonderful experience. I made a dream come true. Lynn, the guide, has always been with me. Very sweet and present. He explained everything to me in English. Unforgettable experience. At the end of the tour and experience at the base of the pandas, I took a beautiful ride into town with Lynn. Great guide
The whole experience was great. I would highly suggest it for any family. We were 2 families, 9 in total, 4 of which were kids. Lily reached out to me when we booked the trip, to get the info she needed. And she reached out again the day before our excursion. Amber was our guide. She met us at our hotel at 7am. And was knowledgeable and chatty (which I like). This excursion is tied for the #1 thing we did in China, according to my kids. Loved the company.

We went with our family and friends and had an amazing time. We were able to sit just a few feet from a panda while he ate, which was really special and memorable. We enjoyed learning about how they care for the pandas and what they eat. It was a wonderful experience and completely worth it!
