MONTY was excellent! He gave us a great tour & explained very well the relevant French and religious history as it related to Notre Dame Cathedral!
Excellent Notre Dame external and internal tour led by Monte. During the external tour Monte provided perspectives regarding the fire at Notre Dame along with explanations of the current refurbishment efforts. The inside tour was also great as we did not have to wait in line and walked straight into the cathedral. Monte provided an excellent review of the various parts of the cathedral. The tour lasted approximately 90 minutes which is a tour “sweet spot”… not too short and not too long. Monte answered questions from folks on the tour and clearly demonstrated his knowledge of Notre Dame. Tour utilized an audio headset, which is very beneficial inside the Cathedral as patrons need to be quiet 🤫
The location was changed at the last minute with a different service provider. I was unaware of this and ended up going into Notre Dame on my own and paying for another entrance fee.
This review is misleading and does not accurately reflect what happened. Due to temporary construction works in the area, the meeting point was moved only a short distance nearby. This change was communicated several hours in advance by message and phone calls. We attempted to contact you more than 7 times before and shortly after the tour start time, but none of the calls or messages received any response. No effort was made to contact us back or locate the group despite the information provided. We also want to clarify an important factual error in your review: entry to Notre-Dame is completely free and does not require any entrance fee. Our tour does not involve paid admission to Notre-Dame. The issue was not caused by the meeting point adjustment, but by the complete lack of communication and non-attendance despite repeated attempts to reach you.
Diana was very competent and explained everything well. We thought it was exciting.
Diana was the best tour guide, we’d highly recommend this tour with her. She was exceptional in every way and gave us so much information and history but did it in a truly engaging way.
Very informational and enjoyable I learned a lot on this tour we spent around an hour in the cathedral and even got to see part of a mass being celebrated. Diana was very resourceful and had many pictures of what the cathedral looked like before

Diana was an amazing guide. She was very knowledgeable about the interior and exterior of Notre Dame and was able to show us all the restoration projects that had been completed after the fire. Our original meeting time was 10 am and we were moved up to 9 due to crowds. This was the best suggestion we could have gotten, as we walked right in at 9 but would have stood over an hour in line had we gone at 10.
