- Please present yourself 30 minutes before the departure in front of the Croisieres AML ticket office on the dock; to pick up your physical ticket (required for boarding).
- Cruises operate rain or shine unless weather conditions pose a safety risk to passengers
- For the cruise : The time slot you book is for the guided cruise. Live commentary is offered in French and English. Audio guides are available in: French, English, Italian, Spanish, German, Mandarin, Japanese and Korean
- Please note that the temperature on the water can get cooler than on land, recommended to dress accordingly
- Upon arrival at the Croisières AML Montréal ticket office, you'll be given a voucher for the AURA Experience
- AURA Experience tickets are valid throughout 2026, according to their timetable. No prior reservation is required for AURA.
- Keep in mind that the AURA Experience is not guided

This cruise experience is absolutely garbage! They did not give us any drink because they were under staffed. Also we could not hear the guide inside the boat. We were forced to stay inside due to too many people on uper deck and forward deck. Do not buy this guided cruise experience. The aura inside notre dame was amazing. The only think lacking was direction. Its dark inside and you can not see the pews. They do not inform you when the show is over and what is allowed and not allowed. Just no pictures or video.

Biodome is set in fabulous grounds. The biodome itself was fabulous to see, each area flowing into the next with fascinating creatures to see. Once outside, the setting itself invites you to explore. Highly recommend a visit.

The cruise and commentary was excellent while the Aura experience was lovely it was short about 30 mins and you are not able to take photos or video which would make a lovely lasting memory once you do the cruise you are issued with an open ticket to the Aura experience but be aware this sells out in peak times so plan ahead

It is overpriced for the experience. The guide was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It may have been better if it wasn’t raining and we could go on the outside decks of the boat. The landmarks we saw were meh. Expected more from such an old city and price of the tour.

This is an amazing light show that takes you through four seasons and the sounds of storms. You feel as if you are in the show. Each part of the interior of the basilica is involved in the light show, so there are no bad seats, but I would get there a bit early to sit in the middle.

We came to the Basilica during the day to do our self guided tour but then to see it during the light show at night was pretty special. This is more than just strobes and lights on the ceiling. They have put together music, lights and artistry in a unique way. I only wish we were able to capture some of these beautiful moments. It is not a long show about 15-20 minutes but I felt well worth it our time. An evening I will not forget.

Pass on this this is so expensive 40 plus dollars for one person for 15 to 18 minutes showing of lights. Flashing lights here and there there's no story to the lights at all. I feel this church all they want to do is grab your money you want to light a candle three bucks want to light a bigger candle five bucks want to light a bigger candle it's $20. Church is bringing in over well over $80,000 a day but this light show there's so much more out there to see this is a positive pass don't go.

The Basilica itself is stunning, the history, architecture and what it represents are all unbelievable. The Aura experience was fantastic and a must do, whilst visiting the city… I would say it can be a little repetitive as realistically how many lights can you play, but that said is was magical and emotive… a must do (once).
