Itinéraire
Point de rencontre et d'orientation. Selon l'option sélectionnée, les clients entrent pour une visite libre, se joignent à une visite guidée de groupe, ou commencent la promenade guidée autour du Louvre.
Expérience principale. Les options varient : (1) Billet seulement pour l'exploration libre à l'intérieur du musée, (2) Visite guidée en groupe, ou (3) Visite guidée exclusive pour un maximum de 8 invités. Les points forts peuvent inclure la Joconde, la Vénus de Milo, la Victoire ailée de Samothrace et les galeries majeures.
POINT DE RENCONTRE : un arc de triomphe napoléonien à côté du Louvre, avec une histoire rapide, un symbolisme et des points de vue photos le long du palais.
Vu sur le parcours de la visite à pied : une courte promenade dans les jardins royaux historiques à côté du Louvre, avec un contexte historique de la ville et de superbes arrêts photos.

The guide simply did not appear, even though we were at the meeting point at the agreed time. We paid for the ride and we just lost . In short: we came to Paris and did not know the Louvre. Contact phones didn't work, no customer service. Pure descaso
I thought getting my tickets through Viator was a sure guarantee of getting in to the Louvre and palace of Versailles. This did not happen. When we arrived at bot attractions our tickets were NO GOOD and could NOT be used to gain entrance. We were disappointed and never got to go inside the Louvre. The nice folks at Palace of Versailles felt sorry for us a allowed us to purchase tickets on site. Viator failed I will not trust them again. Viator did refund some of my money, but for trip of a lifetime I would have wanted to see inside the Louvre. Do not trust that your ticket from Viator will work.
Dear Michael, I am incredibly sorry and deeply saddened to hear about your experience. Planning a "trip of a lifetime" only to be turned away at the gates of the Louvre is heartbreaking, and this is absolutely not the standard of service you should expect when booking an experience. Please know that I am looking directly into this issue with our ticketing partners to find out exactly what went wrong. A confirmed ticket should always guarantee seamless entry, and it is completely unacceptable that your passes were not recognized at the gates. While I am glad the team at Versailles was able to help you on-site, I know it does not make up for missing out on the inside of the Louvre. Your feedback is being taken very seriously so we can ensure this never happens to another traveler. Thank you for bringing this to light, and I truly hope you will give us a chance to provide you with a flawless, fun experience in Paris in the future.
Probably the best ‘bang for your buck’ deal. The food at the Hyatt restaurant across the Louve was immaculate. Everyone treated us with kindness and was eager to help us with our breakfast choices. We thought that because we were 🤎, we would get treated differently, but the complete opposite. We tried our best to speak French and I believe the effort made a difference.

Interesting walk and history of main area and bridges. Guide Yemisi was engaging and very knowledgeable. Kept us moving and pointed out interesting side points. It was great that she guided us to entrance and made sure we had tickets to get into louvre.

Really good tour, would highly recommend taking if you'd like to have some background information for the Louvre and the surrounding area before heading inside. Our tour guide Yemisi was excellent. Her knowledge about the city, architecture and history was fantastic and really made the tour special.

A beautiful experience. With a guide, Bless, who literally picked us up to take us to the most extraordinary part of Paris. Even though we didn't speak English, Benedicta managed to immerse us in the enchanted world of Paris. It wasn't easy to talk to us, but she was impeccable.
