Durant cette excursion de sept heures au départ de Tangier, laissez-vous conduire sur les hauteurs des montagnes du Rif, jusqu‘à Chefchaouen, ancien poste berbère abritant aujourd’hui une superbe médina fortifiée. La place principale représente le cœur de Chefchaouen et présente une kasbah construite au XVIIIe siècle, une mosquée centrale et des cafés aux menus authentiquement marocains. Le marché, bondé, propose un mélange d’ustensiles et de souvenirs marocains, avec d’excellentes affaires. La ville en elle-même est facile à explorer. La kasbah, construite par Moulay Ismaïl, est à présent en ruines et à ses côtés se trouve la grande mosquée. Bien que la vieille médina soit petite, vous y trouverez de nombreux souks vendant une grand variété de produits. Enfin, faites un tour par le quartier juif derrière la bijouterie du souk pour y faire l’expérience de la différence de style et d’atmosphère par rapport et la partie arabe principale.

Our tour of Chefchaouen with Abdul was an absolute highlight of our trip. I must start this review by saying my husband ruptured his Achilles three weeks before our trip to Spain. We told Hamid and he said we will do our best. Mohammed, the driver lifted my husbands knee scooter in and out of the van. Mohammed the guide was so kind and generous. I cannot say enough kind things about him. When my husband couldn’t navigate a steep set of stairs he would find a chair and then Mohammed would take my daughter and I down narrow back streets, showed us many beautiful things and stayed close by in case we had any questions. The tour was amazing. But the people were the best part,they were kind, generous, accommodating and knowledgeable. Do not miss this tour!!

Hamid booked our tour for us to the Blue City! Absolutely beautiful city and the people were so friendly! It’s a gorgeous site and a must see! I highly recommend it! The tour guide Hamid booked us was amazing. He was so knowledgeable, took us to some really cool spots, took pictures of us and answered all our questions. I was able to buy some cool handmade souvenirs. He was awesome!

This was definitely a beautiful blue city and fun tour. Hamid booked our wonderful tour. We had an awesome tour guide who showed us around the entire blue city and took all of our pictures. We ate great food in the city and brought a lot of souvenirs. You can talk down deals in the city. I would recommend this tour to everyone. Hamid was awesome from beginning to end. I first contacted the company through WhatsApp the day before and he was very accommodating. Thank you for an awesome time Hamid.

Second day with Hamid for a day at the Akchour waterfall: off season, it’s great, not a tourist!!!!!! The site is beautiful and a good dip in very cold water after a short walk in the sun, ca refreshichi. After direction Chefchaouen and there, walk in the medina and kasbah: blue, turquoise everywhere as on postcards. It’s awesome beauty!!!!!! Again Ali, our guide (a friend of Hamid) was very generous about the story of Akhur and especially Chefchaouen. You can leave with your eyes closed with Hamid, Ali and Driss the driver, they are super nice. Will and Lila
